The dinner was excellent. The staff were very nice.

The breakfast is very limited - best to go elsewhere. As it’s an older property noise can be heard from the corridor very easily.

Not bad but don’t take the tiny room when you check in

When I was moved from an old terrible room to a normal room it was okay from there

They put me into an old tiny room where nothing worked and I could barely move in it, I heard from the locals that they normally do that in the hope you don’t complain This room was about four feet wide and very old broken amenities Also the breakfast is completely not worth it! Stale bread barely restocked the whole week i was there and the only edible thing from a foreign perspective was the yoghurt

I love the tirolean style, the hotel is perfectly in the city center! I had an amazing suite and breakfast was excellent.

Very pleasant, shame it was only for one night, would definitely recommend.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the Bahnhof. Room was very spacious and clean. There was a Smart TV, so could watch Netflix or Amazon. Shower was excellent and the Breakfast plentiful.

We had a drink in the Hotel restaurant in the evening and the girl who was working was not very polite, seemed like anything was too much for her.

The breakfast was great - simple and great quality. The sweet croissants were amazing. Very comfy environment, great service. Location, quality, and service is all great. No doubts on recommending it.

We booked the suite and was great, except that there was an extra room used as storage. We certainly closed and locked the door of this small extra room, but would be best to have an extra bed in there, or alike.

Cozy hotel with perfect location

I liked everything about my stay - the location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and in the heart of Kufstein. I had a wonderful castle view from my room. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast.

It was ok for one night but would not recommend in general due to dated room.

Friendly staff, great restaurant.

The room was incredibly dated (early 80s). The bathroom does not meet todays standards and had mold on the ceiling. Overall the room was not acceptable in this price range. Parking ticket could not be reimbursed due to missing safe key.

Very good and comfortable hotel!

On our way to Italy we choose to spend the night in Kufstein, in the hotel that was recommended by friends. We expected an 'old fashioned' typical Austrian hotelroom, but it was very modern and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good menu, and the local beer was delicious. From our room we had a nice view around, and we hardly noticed the traffic. Also the parking possibility was well organized: a big parking garage on a short walking distance from the hotel. The ticket was charged by the hotel, when we checked out.

To get a drink or snack after the bar was closed, there was a machine which didn't function quite well; or we misunderstood the 'manual'... It took our money without supplying the desired drink, but a member of the hotel helped us out.
