Disappointing stay that did not meet 4-star standards.

Good and varied breakfast, friendly restaurant staff Warm rooms with excellent water pressure Convenient access to the ski area (20 minutes by car, bus available) Ski storage and drying room

We were woken at 7:00 a.m. by reception demanding that we move our car, although no one was leaving and we had parked there without issue the day before Housekeeping repeatedly opened our room door while we were sleeping (7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and again at 10:00 before 11:00 checkout) without knocking — a serious violation of privacy Told at check-in that parking was free, but after departure received a demanding message requesting immediate payment Incorrect charge for cappuccino at breakfast (breakfast and coffee were included); only removed after we questioned it Poor communication at reception (only one key for two guests, no basic information provided unless asked) Very uncomfortable pillows; no water, kettle, tea, or coffee in the room Noise from the road and visible mold in the bathroom Small outdoor parking area and limited ski room capacity

Excellent location

The room was very cold at first (december). It took at least one hour to feel ok there. The light at night, despite of the curtains was quite much because of the light of the street. The price was quite high for what we had in the room

Pleasant, welcoming, convenient - a good choice

Very friendly and attentive staff, especially noticeable at breakfast. Good sized and conventiently furnished room. Bathroom with bright and evenly spread light, with decent size. Shower cubicle a bit bigger than usual, high quality shower system with extra shelve for ones own stuff. Enough storage space and hooks in the bathroom. Very good magnifying mirror. Overall very clean environment. Breakfast selection satisfactory, higher quality of food than average, presentation attractive, clear and with sufficient space for the morning crowd. Quality of coffee ok-ish. Quality of food at the restaurant much better than average, can recommend to dine there.

Some room for improvement and suggestions: Shower base gets very slippery once wet - pay extra attention! No handle to grab on available. No aircon, noise of street too high to leave the window open - once closed sound insulation is good though. Floor carpeted, but not smelly or dirty though.

Kufstein is a beautiful town and I wish our stay had been longer.

Nice location near the castle. Included in the the stay, the hotel provided free entrance to the castle. Clean room. Delicious breakfast with lots of local products. I especially appreciated the fruit salad.

Due to the temperature we had the window open and there was a fair amount of traffic noise.

Breakfast was very varied. Nothing was missing. Staff was very helpful. Room in the back was very quiete.

Stylish hotel, perfectly located but don’t go in summer and ask for a large bed.

Newly renovated, stylish design, clean, good breakfast, great central location, friendly staff.

Room was extremely hot (stayed mid July); no AC available. In any rooms (called the staff to ask). Small one person bed feeling claustrophobic. I selected this hotel as I needed a good nights sleep before a long drive back to Denmark. I skipped some locations along the way where I could have stayed at half the price. My motivation was to spend extra for better comfort because of the trip. I should probably have taken the cheaper hotels.

Attention, the hotel is 4* but has no air conditioning or fan. If you get a room under the roof in the hot summer, you are in for a hot night !! If it's because of the ecology or because it's in the Alps, I don't understand. Just Austria. It was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise an old city hotel with history, but otherwise nothing. Well we lasted one night and escaped to Italy where the service and facilities are more adapted to the times and geared to the guests. No reason to return next time.

Breakfast was quite ok , except a large group were also there and finding a table was difficult some mornings. Staff were doing thier best under pressure of numbers

It was very hot and had to open the window to get some heat out of the room, however, that meant losing privacy from hotel rooms across the road. Not ideal

The breakfast was very good (good selection of real fresh bread and fruits). The shower was big enough to use it together :-).

Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows and duvet were very small. The electronic safe always gave an error message when closing. That's why we didn't dare to put anything in it.

the hotel was great , walking distance from hbf and near to market places . it was clean as well . friendly and accomodative staff . bus stop for pick up and drop for skiing ( soll) is just behind the hotel and the hotel will arrange free passes for the bus .

The beds are not comfortable. Shampoo and shower gel was empty. I think this should be checked by the staff which obviously was not.
