It's a very quiet neighborhood. You only get the occasional fast car or motorcykel going past. But the serenity if the surrounding mountains are amazing, and great to hike in.

At my time of stay, the reception was closed. It would have been nice to have had a notification of this, before my stay.

Location close to nature for walks. Modern apartment. Still very new. Close to the groceries shop. In February they offered take away schnitzel on Sunday. Very pleasant owners. Easy access to the motorway.

Highly recommended

It was amazingly clean and the room was very nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. The first day of our stay they prepared breakfast for us that we didnt expect at all ( with their own home made bread) and after gave us a special bag for the way home with some refreshments. It would be a pleasure to come back again.

Great place to stay and highly recommend it!! Quality Rooms, great service and restaurant is a bonus

Rooms were big and spacious. Super clean, recently renovated building and fit out. Family owned and run and they were all super friendly and kind natured. Breakfast platter was provided for first morning which was nice, containing cold cuts, cheese, fruit salad, yogurt, incredible home made bread and a selection of condiments. Restaurant food was delicious and they also had a good wine selection. Close to Söll Ski Slopes. Highly recommend staying here.

Would have topped it off if they had a Jacuzzi and sauna. Not a huge fan of the chair with infrared or whatever in the room. But was an interesting experience.

Man(n) lernt nie aus

Die Ausstattung mit einer Infrarotkabine und einer Dampduschoption in der Dusche extra komfortabel. Schallisolierte Fenster hilfreich, da die Strasse werktags durchaus frequentiert ist. Die Lage ist zentral, von dort kann man fussläufig zur Stadtmitte und zur Festung laufen. Kaiserlift ebenfalls von dort zu Fuß erreichbar - war aber aufgrund der Saison bereits geschlossen. Schade, dass das Restaurant nicht geöffnet hatte

Das "gekühlte Frühstück in der Box" ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Weil das Ei selbst gekocht bzw. zubereitet werden muss; die Menge und Zurodnung des Gebäcks (Brot) recht übersichtlich, zwei Kaisersemmeln waren immer dabei; auf unseren Wunsch möglichst kuhmilchfrei frühstücken zu können wurde reagiert. Ein Frühstücksbüfett ist jedoch immer die bessere Lösung, denn dann kann ich das aussuchen, was mir schmeckt und worauf ich an dem Morgen Lust und Bock habe. Ein "Themen-Frühstücksprogramm" (Italienisches Frühstück, Sekt-Frühstück, Almfrühstück etc.) welches angeboten wird, ist bestimmt vordergründig eine interessante Lösung für den Unternehmer/Gastronomen - aber trifft eben nicht immer den Geschmack des Einzelnen. Ich werde solche Angebote zukünftig meiden und den menschlichen Kontakt beim Gastgeber und einem angegliederten und aktiven Restaurant bevorzugen. Last but not least muss dann auch noch die Küchenzeile von dem Gast "vorgereinigt" werden, weil es ansonsten € 70,00 extra hagelt, d.h. sauber abwischen, Geschirr einräumen und Müll runtertragen ;-)) und wenn man nicht pünktlich raus ist, dann hat man keinen Zugang mehr zum Appartement, weil der Zugangscode gesperrt wird......

Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern im Kaisergebirge.

Das Apartment ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Dampfbad und Infrarot Kabine sind nach langen intensiven Wanderungen eine willkommene Erholungshilfe. Alles ist hoch- und neuwertig. Es gibt ne Kapselmaschine und Kapseln. Für uns nicht genug, aber das ist auch eher unser Problem.

Dem Apartment würde eine Tür zwischen Schlafraum und Wohnzimmer/Küche gut zu Gesicht stehen. Der Kompressor des Kühlschranks ist wirklich laut. Auch die Straße ist in den Stoßzeiten durchaus hörbar. Wir hatten Oropax dabei. Das war hilfreich.

Dejlige fem dage på Hotel Viktoria Home

Skøn studiolejlighed som ligger på anden sal.Fin udsigt fra stuen, og en dejlig balkon. Super lækker morgenmad lå udenfor døren hver morgen klokken 8i en køleboks. Alt frisk og lækkert.

Ærgerligt at vi ikke havde fået at vide Restauranten havde lukket til sidst i september.

Ein erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft hat der Beschreibung voll entsprochen. Wir waren mit der Raumeinteilung sehr zufrieden. Die Dusche war sehr modern und barrierefrei. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Die Idee das Frühstück frisch morgens vor die Türe zu servieren, ist wirklich gut. Man trifft halt nicht immer jeden Geschmack und es beibt einieges ungegessen, was eher Schade ist. Aber wie erwähnt, gute Idee mit viel Kreativität. Mal anders als 0815 :-)

Een fanastisch verblijf, je wordt er echt verwend!

Een ruim appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Het ontbijt is elke dag een bijzondere belevenis waardoor je een heerlijke opstart van de dag hebt. Het contact met de eigenaren is fijn, ze zijn heel vriendelijk en er wordt snel gereageerd en meegedacht.

Het was er echt erg fijn, maar als we iets moeten noemen zou het het smalle balkon zijn hoewel het wel erg breed is. Daarnaast zouden we aanbevelen om keukenrol in de keuken te zetten en een blik en veger.

Uns hat eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbox erwartet. Es war jeden Tag ein toller Start. Gute Lage für Beginn vieler Wanderungen. Wege in die Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Kufstein Juni 25

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Appartement, sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Dusche war schön groß und man konnte sehr gut auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Das Frühstück stand jeden Morgen vor der Tür und war sehr lecker nur manchmal etwas viel. Waschmaschine und trockner waren auch vorhanden.

Leider war die Straße in der Woche sehr laut bei offenem Fenster. Es war sehr warm und wir haben mit geöffneter Balkontür geschlafen. Leider haben wir die Vermieter nicht kennengelernt. Die Kaffeeversorgung mit Kaffeekapseln hat leider nicht geklappt. Es wäre schön wenn jeden dritten Tag Kapseln dabei wären. Aus Umweltgründen wäre es vielleicht besser eine Filterkaffeemaschine bereit zu stellen. Es wäre schön wenn vielleicht noch eine Lampe zum Lesen angebracht werden würde.

Aanrader!

Super aardige host, die gelijk meedenkt als je hulp nodig hebt. Fijne en ruime appartementen, van alle gemakken voorzien, en ook voor de hond is alles aanwezig. Locatie is goed, je bent zo met de auto onderweg en het Kaisertal ligt om de hoek. Het ontbijt is ook lekker en wordt elke dag voor de deur gezet.

In de avonduren is er weinig openbaar vervoer naar de locatie, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Het is een korte wandeling van 20 minuten vanuit het centrum van Kufstein.
