Der Check In war unkompliziert und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.

Leider ist das Appartement sehr hellhörig und wir hatten Pech mit den anderen Gästen. Die Schlafsituation für unsere Tochter war so sehr schlecht. Die Ausstattung ist alt und im Bad fehlt eine Belüftung.

Most enjoyable stay, kufstein and surrounds beautiful

Location.

More kitchen utensils would have been good, plus a sharp kitchen knife. Apartment was on 3rd floor - and no lift. Struggled with stIrs and luggage at 75 years of age !!

Preis -Leistungsverhältnis soweit ganz ok. Wie gesagt, Appartement ist renovierungsbedürftig!

Die Lage war top, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum aber doch etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Die Betten / Matratzen waren auch top.

Bei der Ankunft kam "mockiger" Geruch aus dem Zimmer. Ausstattung doch sehr veraltet. Lift nur von einer Seite der Tiefgarage zu benutzen.

Comfortable, good beds, nice view, but a pain to check-in.

The beds were comfortable. Having a balcony and a nice view was also appreciated. The location is great, in the heart of Kuftstein. We requested a crib and they promptly brought it up to our room.

The check-in process is a big inconvenience. We did not know when booking, but they did message us to tell us that we would have to go to another hotel to get the keys and check-in. They gave us a paper map on how to get from the check-in hotel to the aparthotel was difficult to follow. Overall, they should just have a self check-on process. We also could not figure out how to use the laundry machine. The property itself is nice and quiet, though, a bit outdated.

Disappointing

Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows, got charged too much for parking - when I asked the receptionist, she told me to come back on the day when the person that made the mistake worked. She even seemed pissed off that I complained about this aspect. Fine, I come back as indicated- problem solved with "ah yes, you are right". It would be nice to at least say sorry when you make a mistake. Not more, not less.

EVERYTHING NORMAL, EXCEPT THE SHOWER, VERY BAD

The spaciousness of the room, the kitchen acceptable.

The shower’s bulkhead is too small and the water overflows outside. The shower’s handgrip is located down on the wall which makes it very hard and quiet dangerous getting in, having the shower and getting out of it. The bulky single handle tap with its arrow shaped handle points directly up and it requires to be very careful not to slide off and thrust into the handle. Without a handgrip increases the danger. Having a shower in the Andreas Hofer is quiet dangerous and considerably unpleasant.

Value for money is great! Even have the nespresso coffee machine. But coffee you should bring your own!

Very nice apartment, in the centre of the town, reasonable driving distance from Ski Welt. With 2 kids we fit nicely in the spacious studio. Kitchen is small but sufficient. Stuff is very accommodating and check in and out was very smooth. Parking was a little unclear, since all the area around is "short parking only" until 6PM and near the hotel there are just 8 places and it was full. But we were away most of the day and did not need it much.

I didnt like that it looked like in the 60s or 70s. Nothing modern. That is the only thing I did not like it
