A pleasant and comfortable stay in a nice Alpine setting near Kufstein.
The hotel has a great location close to Kufstein, with beautiful mountain views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and offered a nice selection.
Some areas of the hotel feel a bit dated, and a few small details in the room could be modernised. Otherwise, nothing major.

One night enough
Hotel is bit out of the center but with the bus it was easy to reach the center of the city. Good breakfast selection of food.
Bathroom too small .Too much furniture in the room. Room need some refreshing and redisgn. Restaurant too expensive.

The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind. We deeply appreciate that.
The breakfast was a disappointment. Very few vegetables and fruits, no butter to be found, and the offer was overall heavy (oily smoked salmon, pickled things, bacons...). No tool to take the bread in a hygienic way, i.e. everyone touched it (esp. children and youngsters from the tennis group...). No plates available first, a little bit strange system of service, esp. for 4* hotel. Cleanliness of the toilette - in the corners... Above bed, the upper right corner (closer to the window) - a huge old spiders web... The furniture with stains... I wish we could give a better evaluation, but compared to other 4* hotels we have been to, this was rather a 3* one.

At 09:00 🕘 pm we had a drink on the pitch dark terrace of this ****hotel. At 10:00 pm 🕙 total blackout outside. Room is sober, wall to wall carpet with stains, mini bar missing, curtains torn, mirror in bathroom missing, box for tissues on the floor, aso. Not professional.
