Perfect city centre stay

Superbly located in the heart of Kufstein with ample parking directly beneath the hotel. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and with views overlooking the Fortress. Fabulous amenities and very clean. Hotel was “quiet” when we arrived and stayed so over the weekend. It meant access to wellness centre and other services were easily accessible. A particular note for the amazing team of staff. They offered recommendations, places to visit and even some local restaurants. And fluently in English. (And of particular note, Sarah who waited up for our late arrival and was kind to us throughout the stay).

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

angenehmes Hotel im Zentrum von Kufstein mit sehr positiven Personal und Ausstattung der Suiten

Die Suiten im obersten Stock sind sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück ist sehr positiv und vorallem die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr wohl, wie hier die Gäste behandelt werden. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum von Kufstein ist positiv.

Man konnte bis 23uhr einchecken . Parkplatz war inclusive Sehr Freundliches Personal Buffet war schmackhaft Liftkarten für Kaiserlift wurden von Stadt Kufstein geschenkt im Hotel

Gewoon erg goed hotel met fijn personeel. Aanrader.

Het is gewoon een heel net hotel, correct en erg vriendelijk personeel. Het is in het centrum van Kufstein dus verwacht geen traditioneel Oostenrijkse Gasthof maar het is een erg mooi en gezellig hotel.

Eigenlijk niets. Perfect hotel ook voor doorreis (dat is wat wij er deden).

Exceptional

The room was super clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Location was great, too. The booking also included a free ticket to the fortress.

The hotel could do with 3-pin power supply sockets.

First of all the lady she was at the reception was wonderful smile and welcoming me so lovely - made my day very happy - so quite Hotel - clean very comfortable I had a very lovely sleep even though I ask for double bed room because of my size ,
