Perfect city centre stay

Superbly located in the heart of Kufstein with ample parking directly beneath the hotel. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and with views overlooking the Fortress. Fabulous amenities and very clean. Hotel was “quiet” when we arrived and stayed so over the weekend. It meant access to wellness centre and other services were easily accessible. A particular note for the amazing team of staff. They offered recommendations, places to visit and even some local restaurants. And fluently in English. (And of particular note, Sarah who waited up for our late arrival and was kind to us throughout the stay).

Exceptional

The room was super clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Location was great, too. The booking also included a free ticket to the fortress.

The hotel could do with 3-pin power supply sockets.

wonderful stay sleep & breakfast.

First of all the lady she was at the reception was wonderful smile and welcoming me so lovely - made my day very happy - so quite Hotel - clean very comfortable I had a very lovely sleep even though I ask for double bed room because of my size ,

Super friendly staff. The waitre in the morning made me an extra big portion of porridge. Just like that. All questions I had were answered.

It'd be great to have some information available in English. In the wellness area I encountered a group of young Dutch people who had no idea about how to use the Sauna. They went in there without a shower and with swim suites on... so perhaps an info sheet on how to use the area would be helpful.
