Location was good for the purpose of our visit.
Not meeting the description as advertised, only sleeps 8 people. Cleaning was way below standard and many things in need of repair or upgrading.

Helped a great break, home as per spec hence enjoyed our stay
location, looks, cleanliness and neighbourhood
need to bear in mind the extra, Superhog, ID verification and then a deposit or need to buy their insurance for damage cover. Was highlighted prior to booking, hence not a surprise

great location, easy parking, very roomy
the house was very cold when we arrived. We had trouble sorting the boiler. Eventually we got the boiler going. it would have been nice to arrive to a warm house!

Bedrooms really comfortable, bedrooms & bathrooms super clean and made up nicely. Kitchen pretty much equipped for what was needed. Easy check in. Drive for one car & free on street parking. Decent sized table for eating
Sofa in lounge just not comfortable, managed for a couple of days for what we needed. Freezer needs defrosting, luckily only needed to store a few items in it.

Really nice comfortable place, close to city centre. Great parking and a fab chippy next door. Easily accommodated 10 of us.
