The home was very large and everyone had their own space. There were clean towels and good facilities.
The location was very quiet.
There was only one fork in the kitchen drawer and no dish towels to dry things. These are minor issues though.

Spacious and rooms for a large family. Clean beds. Clean bedrooms. Value for money. Easy check in and check out. Host very responsive and helpful. Food delivery from nearby restaurants possible. It’s an old house in a decent neighbourhood. So expect the usual wear and tear. Hot water in plenty. Didn’t use the kitchen but seems reasonable with all gadgets. Was surprised to find coffee and sugar provided by the host
Door should be provided with door stoppers otherwise they close as a default. Small improvements can go a long way in enhancing the look and feel of the house. Personally I didn’t have any complaints.
