The location is great.

The bathroom smells of mold, the living room heater doesn't work, the stove wasn't working, they had to send me a tutorial on how to turn it on, I gave up, at least there's a good Brazilian restaurant next door, I was able to eat there, the Wi-Fi doesn't work well, I believe they use the Wi-Fi from other apartments in the building because it's very weak and keeps stopping working, the two Wi-Fi connections they provide are terrible, besides other things that have already been mentioned in other comments that they haven't fixed, like the bad curtains and the dirty walls, anyway, it's good if you're not going to spend much time at home, just to sleep, and last but not least, the ad says no cameras and there are cameras throughout the property, I think that's good for security, but they have to make that clear in the ad.

Great location, perfect for three of us. Free parking which was brilliant.

A stag-do made a mess of takeout in the hall way and stairs. Which was not cleaned the day they left when cleaners arrived. Would have been nice to have that cleaned as we were still there for another day.

Ideal for city centre liked the car park outside rear of property had all you needed to do what we wanted

The walls were stained the sink in the bathroom was blocked which we cleared with a bit of bleach ran out of toilet roll which we replaced and no kitchen roll

Couldn’t keep windows open extraction hood disconnected double bed was 2 singles pushed together cutlery was dirty dishwasher was disgusting had a chocolate flake and gold confetti in it kitchen door didn’t close tv remote didn’t work and wifi password was half rubbed out

Pleasant

The Location was central but on the main road, so very very noisy. Because of the time of the year, the window had to be opened.

I wouldn’t mind paying a bit extra to have someone clean after day one or two. It was a 4 night stay and no cleaning or hoover to keep the apartment clean. That could be factored in, in future. Basic loo roll would suffice too. If this won't be provided, it should be stated in the listing to help guests plan.

Reasonable facility with all the basics provided

Bedroom and kitchen facilities, and location was good.

The NOISE in the TV room; the window was like non-existing, it does not love, though heavy, it does not block the noise at all, so when I slept in that room, I could literally hear each and every car coming on the main busy road whole night, constantly, and very loud and clear; because its right on he main road

Handy for the arena

Chairs in kitchen were about to break. Although there was an iron there was no ironing board. the walls certainly needed to be decorated. Parking was not the best. Not really enough spaces if all the flats were occupied. It felt more like student accommodation and for £160 per night I would expect something better.

Couldn’t find the car park it was not very well sign posted. The handle to get in is push up not down maybe you should put that on the link when the door code is sent out.

Weekend in Nottingham

Place was very clean, bathroom and bedroom. Very close to Motorpoint arena.

Lots of stains on the walls and the settee. The pillows were very lumpy. It was very hot and the windows barely open. A fan, or 2, would be good.

The kitchen area was perfect. It had everything it needed for a short stay. Shower was also nice.

It was dirty, run down and a lot of things were broken when we arrived. Dirty Marks all over the walls, fittings etc. the tv didn’t work, bathroom sink was blocked, kitchen falling apart and the bedroom laps were literally disintegrated! The whole place smelt like a drugs den and was very hot. Windows only open a small amount. In the small print the company ask for £30 none returnable deposit or £203 returnable deposit for breakages! That’s a joke as most things were broke already. !

It was absolutely filthy! Broken door handles, shower dangerous , going scalding hot then cold, thick hair clogged the bathroom sink up, bodily fluids splattered up the walls , lampshades splattered in the same, dishwasher smelt disgusting, windows were thick dirt, dirty carpets and towels, stains on the sofa. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t stay the second night as it was so disgusting so requested a refund and they gave us a pitiful £13.80. Do not get cat fished by these scammers!!

Basic. But central with good WiFi and well equipped kitchen.

Bedding was spotless and of good quality. Location perfect. WiFi was good speed. Kitchen well equipped.

TV did not work as advertised. Could not access Apps such as Netflix, Iplayer etc.. The selection of Freeview channels were odd to say the least. Bizarre religious channels for example. Vertical blind in main bedroom was damaged so it didn’t keep any light out. Also could not dress or undress in bedroom as only half of the slats closed, the remainder were missing or broken. Property looked clean but it was only superficial and needed a deep clean. Communal areas such as stairs and landings were not vacuumed even though we saw a cleaner standing in the landing with a vacuum cleaner.

Stressful as it was a two night stay and both evenings were spent on the phone trying to fix issues.

Off street parking. The appartment looked like the photos. The beds were comfy. The problems mentioned below were fixed within 24 hrs and short term solutions found.

The toilet and shower blocked on separate occasions. The frying pans were exceedingly dirty. The washing machine didn`t work.

Lovely appertment but needs a little love

The property could do with some TLC, walls with some paint and new sofa. There was awful banging which was no fault of the owners it was the guests up stairs. The location was perfect only other thing I would suggest is that if the car park of they could be locked at night just for safety. The shower was amazing boiling hot, beds were so comfortable. The little extras like tea bags were perfect. The staff were great always answer my messages.

It was near the gig venue my husband was playing at.

Where shall I start. Sensitive neighbours you said, drum and bass till gone 6am. Tantastic squealy teens next door. Men on with the power tools at ,7. Extra large security deposit to stay somewhere with stained walls and pubic hair and spitttle on the walls in the living room. Commando SWAT of cleaners at 2 second past 10 knocking on next door like a drugs raid and couldn't get out of our apt for them then a Mo's puking outside and couldn't leave parking lot as hemmed in. No customer service. Just a veiled bovvered and they were obviously not. Money talks and they are just laughing all the way. Could not give a flying xcz@.

Location close to Murat Food Centre

The staff to help with the luggage, especially in the 3rd floor! The curtains of the main room was bad and didn’t work well, which negatively affected our sleep!

Very close to the town centre and motorpoinr arena

Noisy neighbours I'm sure there are people living in the other apartments. The whole place needed a lick of paint and a good clean. It's evident that the cleaners only do the bare minimum. The sofa also needed a good clean. If the cleaning was to standard and the whole apartment painted it would have been the most perfect place to stay. Also 1 toilet roll for a family of 3 for a whole weekend is not sufficient. We left without sleeping the second night as my allergies were effected by the level of dust.

The location was fine, near the city centre and parking

The apartment hasn't been cleaned. There were all kind of stains on the sofa and crumbles from previous stay. Traces of delivery food was on the floor. We booked for 3 people for 3 nights and they provide us just toiletries for 1. 1 toilet rolls for 3 nights for 3 people, ridiculous.
