Very Spacious, newly acquired Self-contained Holiday Apartment in a Prime City Centre location with major tourist attractions on its doorstep. A stone throw away from Motorpoint Arena, historic lace market & surrounded by shops & trendy bars. Close to bus and tram stops.
Both the National Ice Stadium & Theatre Royal Concert Hall are also just a short walk away. The Digital locks also give complete flexibility for check-in and check-out.

The Apartment has ceiling to floor lounge windows which makes it bright and airy!! Apartment offers very unique city views!
It comprises of 1 double bedroom ( with a king-size bed) for 2 guests. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Facilities available include all mod cons and with a fully equipped kitchen and added extras such as a blender to cook if you wish. Also available is an internet connected flat-screen TV with Netflix App ( use your own account) , free high-speed WiFi , small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, towels and a washer/dryer. There is a designated work area, ideal for your laptop/ business.

Having a clean, secure VRBO to return to every night after watching the tournament was so relaxing. We could walk to a market, cook our meals, wash our clothes and enjoy a lovely view. It was a bit warm in July but the fans helped.
