Very clean property in a good location Plenty of space and facilities on hand Arriving and checking out very easy Communication from host was excellent

It would have been helpful to know there was parking for one small car and that the road was for permits only so had to put other cars in local car parks for the weekend. The sofa bed downstairs was a very small double and basic so may be worth mentioning as it meant one of our guests had to sleep on the floor as it was a little too small for 2 adults.

Loved how clean it was, the beds were really comfortable, it was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved how close it was to town, and the buses were close and frequent. It was so warm in the house! We barely needed the heating on, despite it being quite cold. The garden was lovely, although it wasn’t the weather to use it, in Summer it would be a fantastic space to use!

No real negatives - we felt the sofa was uncomfortable, but this was only a very small issue - it’s a truly lovely house!
