It was great view and location and great host but maintenance is poor.

The infinity pool and bunglows location on the cliff and comfy bed.

Bathroom overhead connected with neighbour…so no privacy Cupboard was all broken…doors wont shut properly

Good for the price

Amazing view! Perfect for the sunset. Stuff are kind. The room it’s ok for the price.

The road to get there is complicated! We rented a motorbike when we arrived at the port and managed to get around on that. Inside the room there is only one place for plug in.

No worth it

The view was amazing, the bed was good and the pool too

Rooms were im a very low maintenance. There was a hole in the ceiling, toilet wasn’t pleasant at all. Road to get there is super bumpy.

Not perfect, but for the price is good!

I stayed with my husband and we loved the pool, the view and the room itself! It was a cute style which had an open outdoor porch, bedroom and attached private bathroom. Also the staff is amazing! Very communicative via Whattsapp, and most definitely helpful in any questions or concerns we may have. Plus we luckily had the option to place dinner order since we forgot Grab doesn’t work on the island, they have a restaurant you can order from and have it brought to your room, quite convenient.

Similar to many of the comments, the shower head doesn’t hold, but if you just use a hair tie, it works— sadly also the water pressure is quite low, so you would be spending time more in the shower. For the room description, keep in mind there are 3 levels, and all of them mentions with the sea view. We stayed on Level 1, which was closer up to the restaurant; but if you want the view of the actual sea, it’s best to be on level 2 or especially level 3 which is right besides the pool in the photo you see. Just to keep that in mind. Also location wise, there is a walkway, pathway you can take, but to be safe the only way is for a car or bike to pick you up

- great view - comfy bed - nice stuff

- the scooter ride there was terrible, not for beginners - it looks like its close to the pier but its not :D - only one electricity plug in the room including bathroom - mostly very quiet but scooter at night are really loud bc of the hills

Great view, nice staff but the hotel needs a lot of work / upgrades.

I have mixed feelings about writing a review for this hotel. I always focus on the good points of a hotel but it's important to share honest experiences. Sadly this hotel was not what we expected. The good: 1. The staff are wonderful, kind and helpful. They made all the difference to our stay. We loved everyone working here but the owner needs to invest some money into the property. 2. The view is wonderful, the patio is great and the location is quiet. 3. It's close to a beautiful snorkeling spot and there is a small store close by. There are a couple of other hotels close by, one that has a nice pool where you can hang out for the day. The problems have nothing to do with the staff working here but unfortunately, the problems are the reason we won't go back. The bad points are below...

The problems: 1. The location of the hotel is very challenging to get to. The road is one of the worst on the island and some cabs won't or can't get to the location. It always cost us more to travel to and from the hotel due to the road. It's also very out of the way so it takes a long time to get to and from the hotel. 2. There is no storage in the room, no closet, no wardrobe, no drawers. I've never experienced such a lack of storage in a hotel room. The small side tables that were in the room had no handles as they were broken off. We ended up keeping our clothes in our suitcases which is not ideal. 3. The slats/base in our bed would fall out if we moved too much on the bed or sat down too hard. We had to adjust / fix it almost daily. 4. There is no safe or mini fridge in the room. 5. The pool and pool area needs proper maintenance. The loungers are old, worn out, and dirty. The pool is also dirty and scummy. I cleaned it myself one day as there was a lot of debris in the water and the skimmer basket was full of green sludge. I never went back into the pool after that. The water was never circulating so I'm not even sure that the filter was ever working. I did not feel it was safe to swim in the pool.

Great value, beautiful location.

The setting, overlooking Agung. Beautiful scenery. Swimming pool was great. Room was quiet and comfortable. Organised a good tour of West Penida. Breakfast included. Great value.

Best stay with amazing view, you can see the sea from your room, it's better than other stay nearby with only tree vieww!!! And it's near the harbour too (15minutes ride with motorcycle is preferable and better) Really recommended 🥰🥰

Good for the price

The view from the room and from the swimming pool was great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is very far and hard to get in, so its good to be aware that even though in the maps it shows being close to the beach, you don’t really have an easy walking access to be beach. However, you can hire a scooter from the hotel or hire a private car driver. A great tip is ask the staff about a hidden walking trek that takes you to the harbour.

A beautiful and relaxing experience

From the very beginning of our stay the staff were wonderful and attentive. Brilliant food made with fresh ingredients. Our bungalow was right on the cliff face and beside the pool. There was a lovely terrace in the shade where we could watch the sunset. Would love to return.

Disappointing

A few improvements would go a long way – knobs fixed on drawers and cupboards of #108, a place to hang clothes, hot water in shower fixed, leaking roof in bathroom installed so rain doesn’t splash on toilet and towels. Very good breakfast included and delivered to our room down 50+ steps (note to those with climbing challenges.) Taxi arranged whenever we needed as the location is somewhat isolated. Accommodating staff.

Pleasant

The View here is great! And Nice little Pool.

The location is a bit off the beaten path than what we realized - if you’re not comfortable on a scooter, you will need to taxi everywhere. The road getting there is a little more difficult than what we were used to - but that’s Nusa Penida :) We stayed two nights, and unfortunately we only got cold water when we tried to shower..
