Kind owner and staff

Awesome owner and staff. When we reached late night, we got to know that the hotel is under maintenance but they forgot to cancel our booking. We were anxious whether they would send us back by just returning the money, but the owner was very supportive of us, gave us complimentary drinks and took us to different villa, which was also clean and spacious! Thanks for the sweet gesture.

Awesome getaway in the jungle for one night with proximity to nature.

Pool and staff were amazing, small breakfast included and distance to awesome sights with scooter was short! Bathroom was also spacious.

Beautiful, worth the money and sunny

The property was at a great location! Espeacially if you rent a scooter you are really close to the touristic restaurants. It’s in a cute valley with not a lot of noise. The property was beautiful, very similar to the pictures. You can sunbath perfectly next to the pool. It’s worth more then you pay for to be honest. Definitely recommend! Staff is also really friendly.

Exceptional

Perfect. Rooms were very nice with good A.C and nice bathroom with warm shower. The lovely staff wake you up with breakfast every morning which is awesome. The bungalows are a 4 minute scooter ride from the centre which is great. The staff offer scooter hire for 80,000 per day (£4) which is very cheap. Aswell they let us check out at 2pm because we had a early morning snorkelling tour and this was at no extra cost. JUST PERFECT!!!

Comfortable place with welcoming staff. Very helpful with the bike rental and taxi booking.

Little disappointing but not bad value

Spacious room with nice beds, quiet location, staff were friendly but didn't speak great English

Was listed there was a private kitchen for each bungalow but that was a lie, Breakfast was 30 minutes late one day and then 30 minutes early the next. Room had a snake skin hanging from the roof and had many lizards crawling around it coming in through the ceiling, one of them took a poo from the ceiling that almost landed on our bed. Shower woud have boiling water for a while and then be cold by the time it was bearable to stand under. Pool was usually not on so when you enter it there was a lot of dead bugs, after its been running for a while it is nice though.

Very good

The staff were great, the owner offered to take me on a tour on her bike since I'm not riding it by myself. She is lovely and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast is served to your room whenever you wish for it.

The staff don't stay at the hotel during the night, the last two nights of my stay I was the only guest so as a female traveling by myself I was not feeling safe to be there so I told the manager so she came to stay at the place for me and it was very thoughtful. Also, as someone who isn't driving a scooter it's not as comfortable to get around, the scooter taxi is expensive!! If you di drive the motorbike, it's a perfect location!

Pleasant

The swimming pool was lovely and the staff was very attentive.

The cleanliness wasn't really good. We had to ask to change our sheets because they were dirty. Also, we leave our shoes outside of our bungalow at night and the dog who lives in the villa bites them and took our shoelaces. Furthermore, we request to refill the soap for the shower twice and nothing happened.

as cheap and good as a hostel but your own space

secluded area with decent view. breakfast was good, albeit offered at 930am

the two kids working the front desk gave me 2 different prices for scooter rental until I started to walk away. then they suddenly got a call from the owner about a different price. I said fine so I didn’t have to walk back to the harbor. the kids started to giggle and chat in Indonesian so I’m not sure if they pulled one on me or knew what I was about to get into. worlds shoddiest looking too. scooter tire popped 20 minutes into the ride, took almost 2 hours for them to help me. English is very minimal. pool is absolutely disgusting. do NOT swim. definitely can hear traffic from above starting around 7am. rent a scooter in the harbor for cheaper and much better quality.

Small and beautiful location

We made this booking last minute and the hotel was so friendly. They made the room ready for us quickly and we understood this so we went to have dinner. There are steps leading down to the bungalows and pool. The atmosphere is great! warm welcome, beautiful location and we didn’t have a chance to use the pool but would have loved to (if time permitted). The room was well sized and comfortable.

The very kind hostess arranged a scooter for us! The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was brought to our bungalow and very tasty! Nice clean swimming pool and a lovely surrounding. Only 10 minutes drive from the harbour.

Super lovely and helpful staff around! Breakfast service to the front of the bungalows in the morning with always some extra fresh fruits extra. The bungalows are nice and clean with top room servive (we got new towels everyday and the pool was cleaned regularly as well). It's a great location for explorating the most famous spots and still be close to the nice cafes and restaurants, if you got a moterbike.

Superb

The staff were super frendly. The location was good and it was good road to Kelingking Beach. The staff even opened the breakfast early one morning when we had to catch a boat and we got free coconuts. Good brekfast, nothing special but nice to eat at your bungalow.

We think that it would have been nice with a bigger spot where you can just chill at the hotel.

Mooi verblijf, goede uitvalsbasis

Ontzettend aardige mensen, fijn zwembad, bungalow met uitzicht op het water en een bordes. Scooterhuur op locatie en hulp bij mantasnorkeling. Ideaal als je onvoorbereid komt. Ontbijt zag er goed uit. Nieuwe koelkast op kamer, zag er keurig uit. Goede locatie om in één dag de highlights vanaf de scooter te zien en te eindigen in het stadje. Start uiterlijk 13/14 uur richting het verste punt Kelingkin Bay, eindig met zonsondergang in Crystal Bay. Daarna ergens eten.

Een muskietennet en kluisje zou fijn zijn om het bed heen. Niet voor mensen geschikt die weinig mobiel zijn.
