Awesome owner and staff. When we reached late night, we got to know that the hotel is under maintenance but they forgot to cancel our booking. We were anxious whether they would send us back by just returning the money, but the owner was very supportive of us, gave us complimentary drinks and took us to different villa, which was also clean and spacious! Thanks for the sweet gesture.

The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. It’s in a great location outside the city, so it’s generally quite quiet. The setting is a real plus because it’s in a natural area. When there’s no traffic, the place truly showcases the island’s beauty.

If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's located below a busy road, and even the slightest bit of noise from a scooter echoes loudly throughout the building. There are a lot of steep steps leading down to the rooms, so if you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend it. I also find it rather unprofessional to offer breakfast and then tell guests they can’t order anything because they haven’t gone grocery shopping. The Wi-Fi and internet connection are poor. The staff doesn’t speak English. Other accommodations in Nusa Penida offer better service and a quieter atmosphere.
