The breakfast was excellent. There’s quite a good choice from cereals juice etc. The main breakfast was quite substantial even though I only wanted a low carb selection. They were very accommodating and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the linen was spotless.
The owners have only been there a short time and clearly they are trying to improve the condition of the facilities. Some things still look very worn and need a tidy up/ lick of paint radiators (rust) stains for example. One of the two chairs in the room had what was either a large stain or burn mark on the seat cushion covered by a towel! To be honest they would probably be better just taking that chair out.
