I liked the cooked breakfast and the facilities of the guest house. I liked the tea and coffee supplies in the bedroom.
The location. It's a long way from the city centre.

Location was easy access and price competitive.
Although room was very tired, room itself was clean
Only cup was not clean. Tea/coffee station had not been serviced for some time - lots of empty milk capsules and used teabags. Only full milk capsule was off. Lots of teabags in a container with lid off (so not refreshed frequently), but did not try because of other issues.
Bathroom previously water damaged, so black gaps in flooring, under skirting...
Bed very too hard to get a good night's sleep on.
