Modern, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast options

The area is an up and coming but there is a parking garage around the corner. This is in a renovated historic building so the elevator motor overheated during recent heat wave and it was unavailable. Also, the stand alone portable air conditioning unit was in the kitchen and there just was no way it was going to cool down the entire space.

The apartment was perfect for a 5 night stay with a big bedroom and kitchen. A 20 min walk into the center of Brno. Grocery stores very close and a very good meat restaurant on the other side of the street.

Very clean, very very spacious apartmenent. Close to the old town.

Hosts: very friendly. Breakfast: served in your room. Facilities: High ceilings, clean walls, bright lightening, long and comfortable beds. Surrounding: rather close to the city center - only 2 tram stops.

Hosts: difficulties in communication as they do not speak English. Written communication worked more or less fine. Breakfast: the guests has to order for the certain time, so to decide when you wake up the following morning, that is not very convenient for a vacation. The breakfasts are not the same as on the picture - lack of bread, different type of cereals, etc. Facilities: poorly equipped kitchen - dirty and old pans, only one fork, no tea-spoons. Upon request, got everything we needed. The kitchen oven wasn't possible to open in full due to bad placement. No kitchen towel or table cloth. Felt like the kitchen was not supposed to use except for served morning meals. I realize, that all suits are different and we, probably, had a bad luck with ours: very noisy from the tram. Portable AC made it impossible to close the windows while cooling the place. Entering the suit one gets directly to the kitchen (hello, oven!) - there is not a single hook for jackets or anything. We've got only one bed-lamp for three of us, so had to rotate. Probably, would get more upon requests, but there were more urgent things to ask about. Weird placement of the TV: not opposite to the sofa. The floor was clean in the middle of the rooms, but not under the table or behind sofa-tables. Surrounding: noisy - a busy street right under the windows.
