Modern, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast options
The area is an up and coming but there is a parking garage around the corner.
This is in a renovated historic building so the elevator motor overheated during recent heat wave and it was unavailable.
Also, the stand alone portable air conditioning unit was in the kitchen and there just was no way it was going to cool down the entire space.

The apartment was perfect for a 5 night stay with a big bedroom and kitchen. A 20 min walk into the center of Brno. Grocery stores very close and a very good meat restaurant on the other side of the street.

Breakfast included, comfortable bed, big apartment
Check in process, technically possible only until 20:00. It could easily be more straightforward with a key box.
