В принципе все, наличие лифта, чистота и приятный запах в подьезде, свежий ремонт квартиры. Безопасность. Кодовый замок на входе с улицы. Одна комната выходит окнами во двор, другая комната окном на улицу Братиславскую. Тихо, спокойно. Хорошо проветривается. Нет смысла в кондиционере. В ванной рабочий полотенцесушитель и это круто. Большая редкость что летом работает. Не слушайте что Братиславская улица мол там опасно. Там колоритно, это другой Брно. Вы зацените.
В спальне не хватало стола и стула. Для макияжа или поработать на компьютере. А если еще и кресло было бы в спальне - тогда топ. Телевизор не помешал бы. Депозит 100 Евро (зачем если у меня рейтинг?).

Super přístup ke klíči, hezky vybavené, fén, hygienické potřeby.
Hluk z patra nad námi. Dupal tam někdo tak, že jsme si mysleli, že se strop propadne. Bylo to i během noci.
