Tolle Unterkunft mit Baustellenflair. Altes Mauerwerk und Betondecke. Das war aber kein Problem. Das hatte sein eigenen Charme und alles war sauber. Es ist eine Küche vorhanden die wir aber kaum benutzt haben. Die Innenstadt ist ganz in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden wenn auch nicht ganz günstig.

Man kann einen Parkplatz reservieren, der aber extra kostet. Darauf wird bei der Buchung auch hingewiesen. Allerdings habe ich keinen Weg gefunden das zu bezahlen. Das wurde vor Ort geregelt.

We booked several apartments as part of a business trip; the flats booked via Booking.com were located in the basement of the building. All apartments featured a kitchenette well-equipped for a short stay, with plenty of crockery, a freezer, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. All apartments looked well-maintained and were very clean. Comfortable and new beds. The apartment block is situated in a courtyard, set back from the street. This means the flats are in a very quiet location. The two basement flats differed in terms of storage space for laundry etc. Whilst one flat had cupboards, the second flat had none at all. Check-in is done via an app. A link is sent for this purpose. For our apartments, this was arranged via WhatsApp on request. After online check-in, the guest receives an access code for the premises and the flat. It was a bit confusing upon arrival at night to see the numerous keypads at the entrance for entering these codes. There is ample parking space for cars in the locked courtyard, available on request. The landlords speak English and can be reached by phone on the number listed on Booking.com. Very friendly and helpful when needed. The apartments are a 10-minute walk from the old town. Lidl is a 5-minute walk away; there is a small shop 50 metres from the accommodation.

It would be useful to provide storage space for laundry in all rooms. There was occasionally a slightly damp smell in the basement.

Rent och fräscht ställe. Området var bra och centralt, med gångavstånd till järnvägsstationen. Bra med kök och diskmaskin även om jag inte anväde den.

Dörrhandtaget var löst och jag fick det i handen när jag gick in. Det fungerade men jag fick vara försiktig. En gardin lyckades jag inte dra för och det skapade insyn. Hårschampot var slut. Luckan till isfacket (i kylskåpet) fick jag inte att sitta fast. Små fel som borde åtgärdas.

The rooms are ok.

The AC is in one bedroom, so the second bedroom is very hot. The check in procedure is very confusing.
