About this house rental
Two-story house with a large terrace, self-catering, is romantically located on a mountain with a view of nature. City of Brno 2 km, 15 minutes by car to the city center (theater, English cinema, concerts). Excursion to Prague: 1.8 hours and Vienna 1.5 hours. Leisure activities with bicycles or cross-country skis in the forest area 300 m away. 1 km Brno dam, 3 km Brno ZOO, 20 km Moravsky kras (beautiful stalactite caves). This house offers 1 or 2 families a wonderful vacation in a very beautiful nature and the entertainment of a big city. And all this with maximum comfort. In the house there is: large kitchen with fireplace (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed for 1 p.) With terrace (swing, grill, sandpit), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 floor: living room with fireplace (sofa bed for 2 p .), small bedroom (2 beds), dressing room, 1 small bathroom. 2nd floor: large bedroom / living room + cot on request (2 beds), hallway (3 beds).

The golf area, which is being created in the attractive recreational area on the Brno reservoir on the edge of the South Moravian metropolis, is unique due to its 27 holes. The project by the architect Ewa Wagnerová and the English planning office Gaunt & Marnoch is designed as an extensive garden with thirteen lakes, and its completion is planned for 2008. The whole area is intended for golfers as well as for the public and fulfills criteria that are placed on similar courses all over Europe. On an area of 105 hectares, visitors can use the golf course, a restaurant, pro shop, bungalows with a capacity of 100 beds, the 6-hole academy with training facility, a rope garden, children's center and a climbing wall. The offer includes other attractions such as the hunting ground with wild boar, mouflon, fallow deer and roe deer, a range of water sports on the nearby reservoir.

We used this property as our base during the recent trip to Brno. We had great time stating and the property has a lot to offer. Including great views, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, quiet oasis literally minutes from ZOO and about 15-20 min of drive to downtown. We will be going back on our next trip. The property manager was great to work with and very responsive to any our needs and asks.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in deze mooie en ruime vakantiewoning, het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor Brno en de prachtige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis, de grote slaapkamer boven met het geweldige uitzicht is helemaal een verrassing. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, als derde slaapkamer wordt de overloop gerekend, daar staan drie bedden. We hadden goed week in deze week in oktober dus ook nog een paar keer met koffie op het terras genoten.

Wir hatten zu 7 (2 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder) genug Platz und eine schöne Zeit. Der Pool war für die Kinder das größte.

Das Objekt befindet sich an einer Anhöhe. Vom Dorf zum Objekt kann man schon einmal Kalorien lassen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Angenehm waren auch 2 Bäder. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund. Wir haben uns die gesamte Umgebung angesehen. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
