Very comfortable, spacious apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and it was well stocked with towels and toilet paper. The location was great, short walking distance from the center (we did mostly everything on foot). The apartment faces an inner courtyard which makes it very quiet, especially at night. The host was very accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Initially we did not have any cutting knives in the kitchen but these were provided by the host after we mentioned this to them. The only other item I'd consider providing is a bread toaster. The shower head was not as powerful and the temperature would wax and wane.

- The staff is amazing, very helpful and available around the clock. I had some unusual requests and they always provided me with assistance.
- Location is amazing. If you want to explore city center but don’t want noise - it’s perfect. Five minutes walk to the center, and zero noise from the streets. Also, because it’s inside the courtyard, it’s very cozy.

- Close to the old town.
- They had pinned up maps of the city, which came in handy.
- The bathroom and kitchen were not that clean and the sofa had stains.
- No elevator so had to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
- The pictures they show you must’ve been taken years ago.
- Had to be extra careful with the hazardous loft stairs leading up to the bedroom. The treads were made of slippery wood and had steep angles. Although it had some railing, the gaps along the open side of the staircase were large enough to pose a serious risk of injury.
