Great (central) location, clean and comfy space, ideal for a weekend (or longer) stay.

Lift was broken on the day of our arrival, but that happens.

Centrally located, near the station, clean. Elevator.

Great location in the city, the old town is all within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, the kitchen is convenient. The apartment is also very warm. I liked that there is an elevator and you don't have to drag your suitcases up the stairs, as is often the case in the old town.

The owner's communication is very negative - the automatic messages are clear and written in a cold, informative style, but with a lot of fuss about various fines - for smoking and for leaving the key somewhere else, etc.. It's good that there is no fine for booking these apartments. But other messages, if you ask a question - are very rude and repulsive - the staff responding to messages should learn the culture of communicating with customers. Also, if I book through booking, I expect communication through booking, not through other channels. On the morning of arrival, while still in Prague, I wrote that we would arrive at a specific time and asked when they would send instructions - I received accusations in return that they had already sent me a letter yesterday and that I had already read that letter. Although this was not true. It is also disappointing that only 2 capsules of coffee were left for 4 days. There is a lot of dust in the corners and under the bed. There is no place to put a cosmetic bag with products in the bathroom - which is a must when traveling. The bed mattress is very hard - maybe it suits others, I was suffering. There is only one bed in the apartment, if you come with children they will sleep on the sofa, which is not suitable for sleeping - there are photos showing that, be careful if sleeping on an unsuitable sofa is not suitable for you. In a word - just a beautiful design of the apartment does not make your stay great - for this you need somth more- especially comfortable beds and pleasant communication from the staff, when you feel like a welcome guest, and not some visitor who interferes with their life.
