Apartma se nahaja v novozgrajeni večstanovanjskem objektu le nekaj metrov stran od samega starega centra Brna. Res odlična lokacija za ogled mesta. Apartma je v 5. nadstropju, kar omogoča lep razgled iz balkona. Parkirni prostor v garaži je ogromen in prostoren. Sam apartma ima dve ločeni sobi, kopalnico in balkon. Dovolj prostora za 4 osebe. Presenetil nas je Xbox nada katerim so bili najbolj navdušeni otroci in smo jih s težavo spravili ven za ogled mesta :).
Ne vem ali dvigalo ni dokončano ali zakaj je obito z deskami in je to kot prvi stik iz garaže malo strašljivo. No verjetno mora to urediti skrbnik objekta in ni problem apartmaja.

Praktycznie nowy budynek bardzo blisko centrum. Duże mieszkanie, w pełni urządzone. Wygodne miejsce w podziemnym garażu (płatne dodatkowo, rozsądna cena). Oprócz standardowego wyposażenia gry planszowe, konsola, zabawki dla dzieci - miły dodatek. Klimatyzacja - zimą nie potrzebowaliśmy, ale latem może być przydatna.
Przydałoby się lepsze rozplanowanie oświetlenia - brakuje np. lampy nad stołem lub obok rozkładanej kanapy.
