O prédio é novo, as instalações do prédio são ótimas. a comunicação com a equipe é muito boa.
Não recomendo para o verão, apartamento é muito quente, fiquei no A8.3, 8 andar, tinha ventilador, mas não adianta, a noite se abrimos a janela, entra muito.mosquito, daí temos que optar por morrer num forno ou ser picado por mosquitos. Uma pena, um prédio novo e o apartamento não ser preparado pro verão.

Labai švaru, tvarkinga, estetiška. Tikrai maloniai nustebino. Tiesiog tobulai pritaikyta tarpinei nakvynei keliaujant kažkur toliau. Aiškios instrukcijos kaip patekti. Parkingas už papildomą nedidelį mokestį, bet už tai automobilį ramiai paliekate saugioje vietoje už vartų.
Iki artimiausių pavalgymo vietų reikia pavažiuoti automobiliu, nes eiti būtų tolokai. Mums tai nebuvo problema, bet reikia paminėti.

Vybavení bylo nové a čisté a pěkné, včetně kapslového kávovaru a jiné možnosti přípravy kávy. Koupelna prostorná a čistá, super, že je v rámci vynavení i pračka a žehlička.
Chybí klimatizace, v letních měsících nepomůžou ani venkovní žaluzie celý den zatažené. Chybí informace o nosnosti parkovacích stání(výtahů). Pro naše elektroauto nedostačující únosnost podlahy parkovacího stání. Trochu jsme bojovali s přístupovými klávesnicemi do bytu.
