Great communication with the host, who, also based on reviews and answering each of them, looks like taking very good care of their guests. The flat is renovated, clean, and bright, with big windows. Contemporary and eye-catching design. Even though I was travelling for business and had no time to explore the city, I liked that the map with local insights was provided
It's close to the centre; however, the building is in a run-down area with visible social issues, which could be a concern for some walking alone at night. It was supposed to be a large double bed, but there were two mattresses instead, and only one had a duvet. Even though I was travelling alone, I'm not a fan of single beds. If you're tall, the seating space on the antresole is useless, as you'll have to crawl to get to bed. I'd appreciate a bottle of water, and better coffee was available on the spot.

The room is in an apartment complex, so it felt very safe. The location is also great, just walking distance to the downtown area.
Getting the keys, it felt like doing an escape room. First, had to go to a different building, use a code, go to a specific floor, find a box, use a code and retrieve them. Then go to the correct building to use them.

Tolle Lage in Zentrumsnähe (Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, da in der City Fahrverbot besteht). Schönes Appartment im 7. Stock. Rascher Aufzug. Gute Küchenausstattung, Fancy Wohnbereich. Bett als Korb eines Fesselballones gestalltet. Schöner Balkon.
Dusche gut begehbar. Parkplatz in der gleichen Straße ca 150m weiter dazubuchbar. Zugang mit Keycode problemlos.
Der Blick in den Industriebereich mag nicht jedem gefallen.... Bei uns war es mit über 30° ein sehr warmer Tag und der Ventilator bei offenen Fenstern im Dauerbetrieb, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Good location, nice little kitchen, functionality furnished.
The flat wasn’t very clean and there was conflicting information about the check-in time and confusion information (PIN code of no use at Alfred app)
