Siisti huoneisto, erittäin rauhallinen taloyhtiö, lähellä keskustaa.

Roskien kierrätyksestä olisin kaivannut informaatiota. Vakituiset asukkaat olivat hieman ynseän oloisia, vaikka emme taatusti aiheuttaneet viikon aikana mitään häiriötä. Ehkä he ovat väsyneitä lyhytaikaisiin vuokralaisiin.

Veľmi sa nám páčil moderný vzhľad ubytovania. Našli sme tam všetko potrebné. Plus je aj možnosť si oblečenie oprať aj ožehliť. Cítili sme sa príjemne. Bolo to krásne a pohodlné ubytovanie.

Poloha ubytovania bola síce super, blízko mesta aj stanice ale po zotmení sme sa na danej ulici necítili bezpečne, bolo tam veľa bezdomovcov. Ubytovanie sa nachádza vo vnutrobloku, takže dostať sa do izby bolo celkom bludisko.

It feels cozy and homy. All necessary items are provided. It is also well-maintained, clean and tidy (except the bed in the loft).

First, the location is a bit far from the city center, closer to the Brno Main Station but still far if you will walk with all your luggage on hand. Second and probably the biggest downside is the distance from the entrance and the climb to the 4th floor to the actual room so again it is not advisable for solo traveler with a lot of bags. Luggage storage is available but it’s in the city center which is about a 15-20 minute walk or tram ride + walk. And third, the bed sheets on the mattress in the loft is full of splats of I don’t know what kind of red liquid was that and I don’t wanna know. I slept in the couch downstairs instead.

This was supposed to be an easy 9/10 review, as the apartment in the pictures was really nice and everyone seems to praise it. While the pictures are real, that's unfortunately where the good stuff ends. The apartment is in a dodgy area with trash and homeless folks gathering under a railway bridge 30 meters from the building's main entrance. Reconstruction was ongoing in the building, this was not advertised. Distinct smell of mould in the main corridors (apartment has its own floor and it was ok there, once you climbed the stairs). No elevator, apartment in the 4th floor. One sheet with sand or plaster residue, rather not checked details further, got a clean one, but not a word of apology. Bright sofa had disgusting stains under a not very invitingly looking cover. And to top it off, apparently a security breach with loss of personal data to an external hacker - while all sorts of private information was gathered and tagged as mandatory just to pass check in. For this price, one could get much better options in the central Brno area. What an utter disappointment.
