Very clean bathroom. Clean bed. Nice view from balcony
Unhelpful staff. Very long check-in and getting access to parking. Dirty floor. Damaged walls. Bed sheets too hot for summer, with no AC.

Nowoczesny pokój, zawierał wszystko co było potrzebne, a do tego piękna łazienka z suszarką na wyposażeniu co jest dużym plusem. Balkon ze stolikiem i fotelami do posiedzenia równiez jest dużym atutem tego pokoju. Pościel na pewno była świeża i łóżko wygodne. Super miejsce na krótki pobyt.
Ściany pokoju były dość brudne. Mieliśmy również dość nietypowych sąsiadów - jednego ranka usłyszeliśmy walenie do naszych drzwi (oraz wszystkich sąsiednich) oraz głośne śmiechy, a cała sytuacja została przez nich wytłumaczona zgubieniem jednego z kolegów.

Once you are through the gates, the place is safe. It had the things we needed. Staff was lovely, responded to messages, and let us check in earlier.
The area is awful…we didnt know before booking, but we Googled the worst area in Brno and this street is included. TV should be reset after every stay, as we were unable to use the programmes and there were no channels coming in. One suggestion for the owner: please use different bedding sheet, as the ones were on, looked dirty (im sure they washed). Tiny details matter a lot.
