Chatka je pěkná a dobře vybavena. Má i pár věci, které běžně v pronájmech nejsou, třeba paddleboard, projektor, dobrý kávovar, domácí kino, grill. Nachází se v pěkné čtvrti Brno, pár minut pěšky od přehrady. Postele taký byly pohodlné a majitel velmi sympatický.
Chtělo by to pár malých úprav třeba trošku líp udržené zahrady nebo záclonu v obývaku.
