Paul and Sharon are fantastic hosts. And, of course, the location is just a paradise. Nicely renovated farm, wonderful garden(s), perfect car parking for the guests. The decoration of all the rooms is just a success! Balance colors and nothing overloaded. We could have spent hours in the breakfast room! Even if the road is not far away, the windows are acoustically perfectly isolated, and anyway the rooms are inside of the compound. I even recommend Paul to mention this detail in the description as it is definitely a plus!
Btw, Sharon recommended to have dinner at The Valiant Soldier in Roadwater. It was a super advice! Very nice place, top food, beer and cider. If you stay at the Steps Farmhouse, do not miss a dinner there!

Beautiful location and pretty garden with an outdoor sheltered bar. Breakfast was also lovely as well as the couple who ran it.
Was hard to find the entrance until we were coming from the opposite direction. They did send directions, to be fair, and we did eventually find the entrance.
