Beautiful gardens and rooms

Proof that you can get a real bargain - far better than the price point would suggest. We stayed one night only on our way home, but would happily return for longer.

Fabulous property with pool, hot tub and great garden

No local amenities in the village so be prepared to be self sufficient - we took a picnic to have in the garden which worked well

All previous reviews of the Domaine de la Course were outstanding so we didn’t hesitate to book and we were not disappointed!! We had booked the superior suite which although on the second floor with no lift, was outstanding and suited our needs to perfection ! We had so much space with a super king sized bed, separate WC and a huge lounge with a fridge. It was beautifully quiet and comfortable. Catherine, as mentioned in all the reviews is an excellent host and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect and memorable! The rooms are beautifully designed with great extras like robes and slippers and tea and coffee, water and soft drinks in the fridge. The pool maybe small but is lovely and warm and perfect for the number guests at the Chateau! Then there is a jacuzzi too!! And a huge beautifully kept garden. Breakfast is included in the price and is delightful, served either inside or in the wonderful garden. As others have mentioned the property is in a small village, and one does need to travel to a restaurant. But one can eat out at many super restaurants within 30 minutes at lunchtime then have a cold supper back at the chateau of an evening ☺️ The area is lovely for cycling as well !
