Villa Brigitte

The location is absolutely beautiful. OMG the breakfast was fantastic, I looked forward to it every day. From the moment we arrived I was blown away. The bed is super comfy too. Margaux is so friendly and welcoming and speaks brilliant English too.

No faults at all

The location was perfect, within the forest but convenient to the town. It was quiet and peaceful so that we slept very well. The breakfast was perfect and very generous. Margaux was very courteous and brought it forward for our early start. Thank you

I cannot think of a single thing for improvement

We liked the quiet location with easy access into town. It was very comfortable and well equipped with a pretty forest view. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety.

All good

The room was very clean. The house is decorated nicely.

The boundaries of where guests are allowed to be in the outside area could be made much clearer. Some form of enclosure would be beneficial, particularly around areas where guests are not expected to go. My husband felt quite unwelcome during our stay and had the impression that he was being watched. Although dogs are allowed, we unfortunately didn't feel that the property was particularly dog-friendly. The internal doors also feel quite cheap and flimsy, and the door handles need attention. They are positioned far too close to the architraves, making it dangerously easy to trap your fingers when opening or closing the doors.
