Comfortable but basic stay

Comfortable room. Quite good breakfast.

The room was small with very little storage. Hooks and shelves would have helped. The breakfast was quite expensive for what we had. The food was good quality but not much choice eg only 1 baguette and bread for toast.

Good location for Eurotunnel or Ferry back to UK

We liked the location being central to town and free on street parking. This is a good hotel to stop in if travelling towards Calais for the tunnel or ferry.

Hotel is on a main street with some late evening noise. Staircase up to our room was very narrow and needed to be careful when carrying luggage.

Short Stay In Étaples

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and very good value for the price. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. Excellent location and nearby free parking.

The bed/mattress was OK, but not particularly comfortable.

Very good value

The very modest price is reflected in the size of the room, but I was there on my own for just one night, so it was more than adequate; in all other respects, it greatly exceeded my expectations. The buffet breakfast was extensive. The bedroom and shower room were very clean.

Lovely Hotel, quiet and close to all amenities. Highly recommended.

I loved this Hotel. The Owner was friendly, helpful and had a beautiful French accent! The room was comfortable with clean sheets and towels, a kettle for your hot drinks and was very quiet; never heard a thing all night and it is located just off the main street and down a smaller street behind some flats and houses. Plenty of fast food type places and there is lots to see and do. Buffet breakfast which sets you up for the day and about an one hour from the Channel tunnel. A recommended stop for either one or several nights.

A good quick overnight stop for those travelling through France.

Location was good as it was central yet quiet. The parking was right outside the door but on the street not private. The staff were very nice. The room was tiny which is the only negative but it was very clean.

The size of the room was difficult. There were a lot of steps so if you are infirm you must be aware.

Location

The room is small and toilet was dirty, it was not flushed properly when we checked in. Therefore, its not safe cos we did not know if they disinfected the property before new guests check in esp this Covid times.

Exceptional

Loved the place. Was very clean and the staff is very polite. Good location. 2 min from the hotel you can find a mini market, a pharmacie, public parking, and after another 3 min walking there are few nice bars and a great restaurant just next to the hotel. Even with all that, the area is silent. Thank you very much for everything. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hôtel très propre, avec un personnel accueillant et sympathique.

L’accueil était excellent : un personnel très professionnel et particulièrement agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes du Touquet, avec des commerces et des restaurants à proximité.

Les fenêtres en bois laissent passer l’air et l’on entend les bruits de portes le matin dans la chambre.

Parfait et couple très à l’écoute des clients.

Chambre très correcte au second étage avec tout le confort ; parking aisément trouvé devant l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner buffet d’excellente facture. ( légère musique d’atmosphère serait un petit plus … ). Nous reviendrons lorsque nous séjournerons de nouveau sur Etaples.

Séjour correcte .

Dans la chambre 7 : la complexité du jeu des interrupteurs quand on entre (couloir ,chambre, salle de bain) . Salle de bain : Douche sur petite baignoire qu'il faut enjamber , sans barre d'appui . Difficulté à régler eau chaude/froide. Petit déjeuner : l'eau de la machine pas assez chaude et pas de fourchette proposée pour le jambon .
