Wouldn’t recommend. Nice location but that was about it

Location. Quiet.

Had to make up own beds, and clean room and empty the bins. Trying to contact the hotel to arrange late check in was a nightmare as the reception is closed so often. Alternative contact numbers were no help.

Lovely accommodation, features and location, staff not so much

Property was great, swimming pool and tennis court both lovely features Our little apartment was well equipped and appointed Le Touquet and the equestrian centre next door to the accommodation are brilliant.

We couldn't get in when we arrived - we had not been sent details of the locked safe for our keys despite them communicating with about check in via the app. When we complained they said it wasn't their fault and they didn't have our email address which was just rubbish.# The only reason we got in was because someone else arrived to get their keys, who had been informed. It was a very unpleasant beginning to our stay - we had spent an hour trying to contact everyone we could, leaving message, noone responded or got back to us. There is no air-con. It was just about OK but the weather was not that hot, if it had been, the apartment would have been very hot indeed.

The weather

The property is in need of complete renovation - the damage caused has been left without anything being made better. The entrance to the pool is dirty - the whole complex is dirty and unhygienic.

Very dirty and the appartement is different as pictures. The balcony is very small and dirty. Broken curtains and broken closets. The bathroom, Hallway smells terrible. Also the pool area is very old and dirty!

The mattress protectors and the pillows we felt they were a bit used looking and they didn’t look clean. Wish reception was open longer.

Malheureusement l appartement avait été repeint une semaine avant ..odeur encore présente et prenante..pas possible de changer d appartement car résidence complète Autre point les panneaux de la résidence pas bien mis en lumière en arrivant Rajouter un peu de déco de Noël en cette période 😉 dans l entrée

Ligging

Toilet te klein, met je hoofd tegen de deur. Potten oud, aan vervanging toe. Vrijdagavond feest in de hippodroom, zeeer luide beats tot 01.15 ongeveer. Misschien eens rond de tafel zitten en bespreken. Divan ook aan vervanging toe.

Draps tachés, couette tacheé, Volet roulant cassés dans la majorité des chambres et non réparés depuis longtemps. Rideaux trop court qui laissent passer la lumière du jour. Literie bas de game

L'endroit est proche du centre et plage. La résidence est très calme, parking aisé , équipements propres et personnel à l'accueil très sympathique.

Juste une remarque la piscine ferme beaucoup trop tôt pour un horaire d'été.
