F2 Centre - Gare

Air condition automatic turn on when temperature reach temperature, lift to 4th floor which is good as we carry heavy luggages, Nespresso coffee which is excellent. Location is very convenient to train, tram, supermarket, restaurants, quiet neighborhood. Host is very helpful, allowing us to leave the luggage before and after check-in/check-out

The location is excellent being within a very short walk to Nice-Ville Station for day trips out of Nice, and very close to many cafes, shops and restaurants in the new town centre. Wifi was very good.

No streaming services on tv which were advertised. Sofa bed not particularly comfortable.

Great location - well equipped- the hosts was very good.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the train station, tram stop, city centre.

The apartment has two rooms, but it is not very spacious, maybe because of the low ceiling - the apartment is on the top floor (attic). We had some problems when we arrived at the apartment: in the address note it is not clear which number is the number of the building and which is the number of the apartment. It could be clearer: the street is Rue d'Alsace-Lorraine, the house number is 14 and the apartment number is 4. The call button on the front door should have been labelled with a note, but there was no note. The owner of the apartment gave his home phone number on the Booking page, not his mobile phone, so we could not reach him.
