Totul a fost perfect! Poziționarea lângă gara și foarte aproape de tot ce ai nevoie! Curățenia, comunicarea cu gazda.
Prima data când am folosit ușa a fost puțin dificil... Pana am găsit poziția corecta a cheii ca să poți incuia/descuia. Ar trebuie schimbat acel butuc deoarece văzusem în comentarii ca e veche problema. Apropo de asta, e un înscris în cameră conform căruia plătești o suma de bani pentru deblocare ușa însă ar trebui exclus la cum funcționează.

Clean big bathroom located on 1st floor. Elevator. Everything works well. 30 mins walk to beach and 2 mins to train station
Air conditioner was placed at entrance not bedroom. Bit warm during summer

Très bel appartement rénové à 2 pas de la gare de Nice et au calme. Pizzeria sympa juste en face et nombreux restaurants alentours. Très belle salle de bain, bonne literie et grand TV 4K dans la chambre. C'est agréable de se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux...quand les voisins ne font pas de bruit...Accueil sympathique et efficace de Priscillia via WA et en personne.
Mauvais isolation phonique qui nous a empêchés de dormir une partie de la nuit car les voisins avaient décidé de discuter à voix haute comme s'ils étaient seuls jusqu'à 2h du matin...Pas de micro-ondes et box TV HS (mais le téléviseur fonctionnait parfaitement et j'ai pu y connecter mon portable sans soucis). Matériel de cuisine limité mais suffisant (penser à remplacer le faitout par un contenant compatible induction ;-)
