About this apartment rental
Hello, we are Xoan and Claude a couple living for more than 10 years on Nice. Our apartment is a small F2 fully renovated in 2018 with taste, located between the railway station and Avenue Jean Medecin, it is close to public transport (Nice Ville SNCF train station) tram line 1 and line 2 (from the airport Nice Cote d'Azur)
The beaches are only 15 minutes walk or 2 tram stops.
The apartment includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen.
There is also a small dressing room with a washing machine available.
We provide sheets and towels.
There is always a minimun in the cupboards for you to cook.
We are available for check in and check out and we will always welcome you with pleasure and we are ready to give you advice for your holiday.
A public car park (Interparking Gare Thiers) is located at 300 m and is advisable if you leave your car in the day.
