באתי עם הורים מבוגרים, לי היה חדר משלי ולהורים משלהם, היה מרפסת שהוריי ישבו שם המון עם אוויר שבא לא רחוק מהים, מקום מרכזי, הליכה עד טיילת 7-8 דק, סופרמרקטים דקה וחצי, אוכל ומסעדות בהשג יד. מחיר זה הכי חשוב, לא רציתי לחיות עם הורים באותו חדר כפי שהיתה אופציה במלונות על 16-18 מור ומחיר יותר גבוה , הזמנו כאן במחיר הגיוני וקיבלנו דירה של 60 מטר פלוס מינוס וכל הציוד הנדרש ואפילו ערב אחד עשינו ארוחת ערב על המנגל. המיקום גם קרוב לרכבת ממש, אולי 150 מטר, משם לקחנו טיול לקאן, אנטיב, מונטה קרלו ומנטון.
בגדול היה הכל בסדר, אולי להחליף מלאי של מגבות שקצת ישנות ויותר נייר טואלט( קנינו בעצמנו אחרי 3 ימים).

The location was great, near the promenade and to the trams and train station. The balcony was spacious and had sun all day with plenty seating. The apartment itself was great, plenty storage space in each bedroom, kitchen had all the utensils, air con in each room was a bonus as it was hot. Lift to the flat and was in a quiet location

The rooftop terrace was fantastic. The location is great for access to the train station and for getting around Nice. The best part of our stay though had to be the excellent hosts. Very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
