The location is amazing. Close to everything.
There was a constant smell in the apartment probably from outside. Apart from that all was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The apartment was clean, hygienic, and well equipped. Its location was excellent, very convenient for exploring Nice. We also loved the small and charming balcony, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable experience.

Modern, clean apartment with a balcony on the 5th floor with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with everything I thought of. At check-in, the owner showed us around the apartment and explained everything, at the end of the stay we left the keys in the key box next to the door. Nearby bakeries, restaurants, shops, tram, station.
