It is a pleasant apartment but rather gloomy because of the outside shutters.The stairs up were quite steep.There were some lovely shops, bars and restaurants very close to the property. There was a bus stop nearby and the buses were frequent but always crowded

The unit was lovely and very spacious. It's a great location too. Our only qualm was that we had to wait for 40 minutes after the designated meet-up time for the check-in. I messaged Simone on the Vrbo app to see if everything was okay, but only managed to get ahold of him after calling him on WhatsApp. There was also some confusion about the clean-up and check-out process because the Vrbo page was different than his oral instructions at check-in.

The property was nice and clean. Location a good mile plus walk tp points pf interest but ok since we are walkers. Lots of difficulty with washer and tv due to lack of detailed instructions in English.

We had a great time in Genoa. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The area was lovely and it was easy to get into town and to the train station on the bus/metro. We really liked the neighbourhood, there was a playpark a short walk away the kids loved. Would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Genoa.

Honestly, it was fantastic. I kept thinking 'what is the catch?' but there wasn't one! It was spacious, affordable, near shops, clean, and the host was very friendly. It had everything I could want from a holiday space. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! Simone met us personally to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had. He was always easily reached and answered promptly if we had any other questions during our stay. The apartment was so cute! It was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen/sitting area was bright with two lovely windows overlooking a green area. The two bedrooms were a very nice size as was the bathroom. Shops , restaurants, and a market were all within a short walk as was a bus that could easily take you to a larger shopping area and old town. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This apartment is very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. The area is great and only a 15-20 minute walk away from shopping and the waterfront and only a 2 minute walk away from a small grocery store. Make sure to ask for bed linen prior to check in for the second bedroom if you will be using it. We enjoyed our stay in Genoa.

We spent a three nights here in September and loved our stay. The apartment has been recently renovated and is in wonderful condition. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The apartment is in walking distance to downtown, but is also on a popular bus line. There is a Carrefour express across the street as well as a few nice shops. I highly recommend this apartment. Soggiorno piacevole anche per la vicinanza al centro e per la fermata dell'autobus sotto casa. Molto comodo il supermercato a poche decine di metri e la possibilità di trovare parcheggio anche gratis nei pressi dell'appartamento. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato per circa due settimane. L’appartamento era in ordine e pulito. Simone è stato un ottimo padrone di casa. La casa è situata in Alvaro che è uno dei quartieri migliori della città. I mezzi di trasporto sono comodi se si vuole usare i bus e c’è una buona disponibilità di parcheggio. Nel la e immediate vicinanze si possono trovare negozi e servizi. Sono rimasto soddisfatto e in futuro sarà in cima alle mie preferenze.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement Albaro 7. Le logement est spacieux et a tout l'équipement nécessaire (y compris la climatisation!). Il est situé dans un quartier sympa et aéré avec des espaces verts. Nous avons profité des excellentes glaces de la gelateria voisine et faire les courses au Carrefour Express en face est super pratique! Idéalement situé entre centre ville moderne et plages, les trajets sont faisables à pied mais aussi en bus qui s'arrête à deux pas de l'immeuble. Enfin, nous avons eu un excellent contact avec le propriétaire, toujours disponible pour rendre service et répondre à nos questions! Si nous revenons dans la région, nous loueront le même appartement!

Es erwartete uns in Genua ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, geräumiges Apartment in einer sehr guten Wohngegend. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit großem Esstisch. Elegantes Bad und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer. Kleiner Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, der auch Sonntag offen hatte und sehr gute Busanbindung. Einzig die doch viel befahrene Straße hört man vom straßenseitigen Zimmer auch ziemlich laut bis spät nachts und gleich wieder in den frühen Morgenstunden.. mit Ohropax müsste es eigentlich gehen. Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen, immer wieder gerne, wenn wir mal wieder in Genua sind, welches übrigens eine total tolle, interessante Stadt ist!

Very nice and well equipped apartment situated in a good neighbourhood. It was easy to go to the centre by bus. There is a busstop very close to the apartment. If you arrive with car, there are several of parking lots available at the street. Some parking lots are free but not all. We are really satisfied with our stay in this apartment and in Genoa.

L'appartamento e accogliente pulito ben attrezzato di tutti i confort tipo lavatrice lavastoviglie lettore DVD e WiFi. Il porto Ed il centro di Genova sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici avendo la fermata del bus esattamente davanti all'appartamento stesso che si trova in una zona elegante e servita da molti negozi.

C'était notre deuxième séjour à Gênes dans l'appartement de Giorgio. Très bien situé, nous avons garé la voiture et tout fait en transports. L'arrêt de bus est en bas de l'immeuble, ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre en 10-15 min et tous les commerces sont à proximité : la gelateria, le carrefour express, le marchand de journaux, la boulangerie et la boutique de pâtes fraîches. Merci encore à Giorgio et Simone pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir fanden die Wohnung toll und sehr gross, auch sehr sauber. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen, nebenan ist eine sehr gute Konditorei und Eisgeschaeft, und auch einen Supermarkt. Wir wuerden sicher wiederkommen. Der einzigen Nachteil ist das man den Verkehr gut hoert aber die Wohnung an sich ist sehr ruhig und auch kuehl. Man kann im Vohrjahr die Fenster schliessen. We thought the Apartment was great, clean and big. The only disadvantage is the noise of the traffic, but the apartment is very cool, so you can close the windows during the night.
