A nice stay

The apartament is spacious you have plently of place. The apartement was clean also. I like the location it is perfect to combine city with seaside. The owner gived also tips and helped with the questions i had. It was easy to check in.

I can just talk about parking a bit. Outside parking parellel was not so pleasant you try to park in between two cars where is literally no space. But it is the italian way not really fault of the owner.

The apartment had everything we needed and the location was awesome. The AC was nice, the beds were nice, the bathroom was great and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

Some corners of the rooms could be a little bit cleaner and the air extractor above the stove did not work properly.

Thanks to him, we spent this vacation wonderfully, opened new locations. great location of the flat,close to the sea. very comfortable, convenient and clean. there is everything you need. comfortable kitchen.

Short stay

Very nice flat with a good location close to the sea. Great for a short visit with pretty much all you need.

Some room for improvement on the side of the amenities, an electric kettle and some extra shower towels wouldn't hurt. Nonetheless is a nice place for a short stay. On a side note, be aware that finding a parking spot on the streets near the flat is almost impossible. Horrible experience trying to find one. Ended up in a parking garage at the hospital grounds, pretty hard to access and away from the flat. I also wouldn't recommend getting in the city by car, it's not enjoyable at all.

Cristian is lovely host and such a wonderful man, he made possible everything we needed during our stay and recommended us all we need to see and visit.

The apartment has a slight problem with moisture, other than that, everything is perfect.

Un piccolo appartamento a quarto

La struttura è molto grande! Dalle foto non avevo compreso ci fossero due camere da letto! C’è un carinissimo angolino di verde in cui poter fare colazione! Inoltre Cristian é stato davvero gentile e premuroso! La struttura è vicinissima, anche a piedi, alla stazione di Quarto. La cucina ha tutto l’indispensabile per più giorni: stoviglie, pentole, accessori.

Séjour de deux jours agréable dans un appartement confortable

Appartement confortable, agréable et bien équipé notamment en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Cet appartement dispose également d’une terrasse agréable. La rapidité pour finaliser cette location à notre arrivée à Gênes et la grande disponibilité du propriétaire pour venir nous remettre les clés de l’appartement.

La situation de cet appartement est assez éloignée du centre historique mais il permet un accès facile au bord de mer.

Bel appartement à proximité de la mer, propre et bien desservi par les transports en commun.

L'appartement est propre, grand et bien organisé. La mer est à 700 m avec un restaurant très sympa et bon rapport qualité prix "Ristorante 5 Maggio" conseillé par notre hôte.

Manque de luminosité mais suffisant pour un court séjour.

Genova szélén jó szálláshely, közel a parthoz.

Nagyon jó helyen fekszik, a parkolás is lehetséges az utcán ingyenesen. Boltok, étterem és a part közel van. Pozitívum, hogy a város keleti szélén van és nem a központban, így könnyebb a közlekedés.

Sok a szemét az utcákon, nagy a forgalom mindenhol.

Court séjour agréable pour visiter Gênes

L'appartement est assez grand, très propre et dispose d'un petit espace extérieur appréciable. Il y a différents aliments de base dans les placards, merci pour cette attention. Il est situé dans une rue perpendiculaire au bord de mer et à environ 4 km du centre. Pour y aller, nous avons pu prendre le bus (station Europa 11 proche) et ainsi laisser la voiture garée dans la rue où le stationnement est gratuit. La ville de Gênes est très belle, nous nous sommes arrêtés également à Camogli, on peut aussi se rendre en train aux Cinque Terre. De belles découvertes...

Juste un point : le matelas de la chambre est très mou, comme il y a aussi un lit une personne dans le salon, nous avons utilisé les 2 lits.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto spazioso , pulito e super accessoriato ! I letti e cuscini veramente comodi e morbidi . Il proprietario davvero molto gentile e disponibile . L'ospedale Gaslini raggiungibile a piedi . Bellissima esperienza ci torneremo.

Ottima esperienza,Cristian(proprietario) fin dal primo minuto di prenotazione molto gentile,cordiale e disponibile per ogni domanda.Fatto entrare in anticipo appena arrivati al mattino presto con il traghetto e visto che avevamo il ricovero al Gaslini solo di pomeriggio non dovevamo stare in giro tutta la mattinata(per fortuna appartamento era libero e pronto).Appartamento bello,pulito e dotato di tutto,anzi di più,abbiamo trovato acqua,olio,sale zucchero,caffè,the e anche volendo di cucinare sera al arrivo non avendo nulla pure la pasta!!!Posso solo confermare le recensioni e foto fornite sul booking.Vicinissimo e comodissimo chi arriva al Gaslini come noi!Se sarà disponibile anche prossimo ricovero solo qua .CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Appartamento consigliato.

Proprietario gentilissimo. Appena arrivati ci ha suggerito un percorso per visitare le principali vie della città in una giornata. La casa è facilmente raggiungibile e poco distante dal centro con la macchina. È ben curata e con tutto il necessario. Consigliato!!!

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno.
