This is our 2nd visit, this time I booked on the day and we were not disappointed. The lovely lady that checked us in & was also working the bar was very polite and chatty and couldn’t do enough for all that were in the bar, she made us feel very welcome. The food was 10/10 we both had a curry mine chicken (extra hot) and my husband had lamb it was delicious & there was so much choice for the buffet breakfast.
The room was spotless, beds were comfy and it had all we needed.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is great as I was working locally, the room was clean and the staff very friendly.
After booking the hotel I had notification they no longer provide a cooked breakfast. I ate in the pub and the food was not great, particularly as previously food was good. There was no kettle in my room although there were tea and coffee, but I was unable to use them.
