Loved the central location, rooms were cosy, reasonably priced.
The clock tower that isn’t very far! It rang on the hour every hour through the night which sadly kept me awake / woke me.

We had five rooms booked as a group of friends. Each room was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and there was a lot of choice. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfy. Very generous tea tray.

Clean and spacious. Great location right in the centre. Room was bigger than expected with a separate bunk bed room for our son which was perfect.
The key-box check-in process needs improvement as somehow someone else had got our key and was in our room. Fortunately we asked him and he realised the mistake, but if we'd not been there exactly at that moment we'd have been stuck as no one answered the phone when we tried to call through initially to ask where the missing key was!

Room good size clean everything you needed big bed comfy breakfast (paid on site ) was very good location to lean valley was superb
Extremely noisy so no sleep at all
Lots noise from traffic , extractor fan , live band till 1am next door , people coming in and out front door , people shouting on street , walls are so thin could hear everything and someone had a dog that barked all night . Cafe next door v noisy too . No parking , toilet didn’t flush
