A delightful surprise.

Hostess was extremely friendly and spoke English, although was relieved when we spoke Italian. Our room was upgraded so had a balcony and views across the valley. 15 miles from Andermatt, the scenery was lovely. The restaurant was as full of locals as this is their game season and the menu reflected the locally sourced products. As a vegetarian I was a little worried but they had catered for this and the meal was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel and restaurant to future travellers.

Friendly staff and cosy stay

Excellent hotel with a comfortable room and a lovely balcony. We were allowed to park our motorbike in a secure garage and the greeting was warm and friendly. Really quiet room, and a sufficient breakfast. We also ate dinner in the evening in the restaurant and the food was superb and again, the staff were professional and attentive. Great ambience in the hotel and would recommend/stay again

Closed for breakfast but hotel posts suggested the B&B next door. They provided a wonderful breakfast. Fantastic hike up the mountain starting right behind the property. Super friendly hosts.

Comfortable stay at Hotel Posta

We had a free upgrade so our room was bigger than we expected. A lovely warm welcome from our hosts who very happily shared information if asked. The village itself is a picture postcard with access to some great Swiss passes like the Susten, Furka etc. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the morning breakfast.

Couldn't get away soon enough...

Helpful attitude from the staff.

Lousy location, away from everything. Besides being tiny, my room was strange, old fashioned and required to climb up some narrow and steep stairs to reach the bed. Perilous exercice in the middle of the night as the tiny WC & shower was on the lower floor. The breakfast was saddly disappointing as well, with stale bread and little else.

Schöner spontaner Aufenthalt bei herzlichen Gastgebern

Super: Vorherige Kontaktaufnahme des Gastgebers, dank der wir rechtzeitig ein Restaurant reservieren konnten, da das Restaurant des Hotels geschlossen hatte. Tolles zweistöckiges Zimmer mit Balkon, oben ein bequemes Bett, unten Eingangsbereich und Sessel mit Zeitschriften. Gutes Frühstück mit lokalem Käse und Honig.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Nasszelle, aber funktional, sauber und soweit alles ok.

Gastvrijheid vh personeel. Heel lekker gegeten 's avonds Topmaaltijd Hele mooie doortocht door het berglandschap op terugtocht van Italië.

Badkamer en vooral douche was redelijk klein.

Fantastisch plek, de reis er naar toe én er vandaan was geweldig, en het diner was boven verwachting goed!

De vriendelijke gastvrouw, die ons een upgrade van de geboekte kamer gaf én de tip om onze route aan te passen naar een prachtige panorama route! De brandschone kamer. En vooral het ontzettende lekkere diner! Gemoedelijke sfeer in een authentiek ingericht hotel.

Na upgrade overviel ons de geweldige kamer.

Het restaurant bleek dicht te zijn op dinsdag, waardoor we bij de buren in het restaurant moesten eten, wat overigens uitstekend was. Geweldig gegeten en heel vriendelijk personeel.
