Great location! Perfect for hiking enthusiasts!

The location is very good. Quiet and green. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Close to the beach. The receptionist is kind and helpful. The apartment unit is about the right size for our family of 3. The temperature is perfectly set. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The water temperature of the swimming pool is a bit cold on a winter day. Although on the week we stayed there, it was exceptionally mild and good weather at 15°C. We only used it once. There is a golf course. We would like to try it, but it's members-only -- pity.

Radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas la nuit donc deux nuits à avoir froid. C’est inadmissible.

Séjour familial pendant les vacances de La Toussaint.

L'emplacement dans les Sables D'or et la piscine.

L'appartement n'était pas assez propre, beaucoup de poussières autour des lits, toiles qui pendent du plafond et l'emplacement des lits superposés ( dans le couloir). Il faut le signaler dans l'annonce. Ce n'est pas une alcôve.

Nous avons aimé le calme environnant (pas de circulation de voiture ), la bonne isolation dans l appartement, l'accueil agréable. le parking sécurisé.

Nous avons moins aimé l'éloignement de la résidence des activités possibles (plages, restaurants, commerces etc..)

Un séjour écourté par des déceptions, je cherche encore le standing 3 étoiles.

La proximité avec la mer. La possibilité d’aller à la piscine.

La vue était complètement cachée par le toit de la piscine. La terrasse ne servait donc à rien. Les horaires de départ ne sont pas adaptées pour le confort des gens restant sur place, comme le départ se fait entre 8h00 et 10h00 les gens sortant passent l’aspirateur et déplacent les meubles tôt le matin,ce qui ne permet pas de profiter et de se reposer. Les équipements de l’appartement commence à dater.

TB dans l"ensemble.

Nous avons déploré qu'il n'y ait pas à l'arrivée un kit éponge, savon, un peu de produit vaisselle, un rouleau de papier toilette en plus du petit reste....Heureusement nous avions une voiture pour aller faire ces courses à 5KM... Ce kit pourrait être inclus dans le forfait même avec quelques euros de plus (si on peut payer une telle location, ces quelques euros -4/5...- ne changeraient rien et éviteraient un désagrément réel. Il parait qu'il y a le kit à l'accueil mais qd vous vous apercevez de ce manque, c'est fermé!

pas accès anticipé piscine possible le premier jour porte logement difficile à ouvrir éclairage salle de bain aléatoire chariot pour le linge de séjour visibles depuis la piscine (voir photo) de manière générale : logement et équipements vieillissants …les services dans le chambre d hôtes, que je côtoie plus régulièrement que des résidences , sont bien meilleurs
