A very relaxing couple of days stay here. We look forward to staying again in September.

Our room was clean and comfortable but a little tired or worn in places. Old tv - no english channels. A musty smell in the steam room.

The only disappointment was that our use of the sea view balcony was often restricted because of next door guests who smoked a lot of the time with tobacco smell blown onto us and inside our bedroom. The balcony & sea view were to be the high point of our 9 day stay. Surprised that a spa hotel with emphasis on health/fitness says o.k. to outdoor smoking.

Excellent hotel, spacious with amenities for young and elderl

First impression is that the room and bathroom are spotlessly clean. All necessary toiletries have been provided. Also liked having separate toilet when husband/wife washing at basin. Particularly liked the sink where tea and coffee making facilities were provided. Appreciated balcony for evening drink as the sun goes down. Staff in restaurant excellent, efficient, prompt and helpful.

Hotel corridors exceptionally dark. Poor choice of food for dinner - one night fish in a black rice sauce not to my taste but someone else may love it!

Didn't get a chance to use all facilities due to only staying one night but I did enjoy our balcony and room.

Not clean enough. Huge build up of dust in some areas, like on top of the bed frame for example. 🤮 Also the bathroom towel rail was gross.

The room was big enough. I enjoyed the spa a lot. The price was quite expensive as we booked at last minutes. The beach is right in front of hotel and center is nearby.

Personnel très désagréable Aucun accueil à l’arrivée Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel Nous avons demandé où l’on pouvait déjeuner car le restaurant de l’hôtel était fermé, nous n’avons obtenu aucune réponse de la part de la personne qui se trouvait à la réception…. Vraiment vous avez la sensation que seule votre carte bleue les intéresse… De plus les chambres ne sont pas disponibles avant 16h… alors que l’hôtel venait d’ouvrir et qu’il n’y avait encore personne…. Personnellement j’attends autre chose d’un hôtel qui se veut être un 4 étoiles….

Un bon we en amoureux vue sur la mer

Le SPA est agréable avec une belle vue mer. Les repas étaient qualitatifs notamment le brunch très sympa. Le thé et café dans les chambres est vraiment appréciable

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre... peut etre parce qu'on était au 4ieme étage, mais malgré le froid hivernal dehors nous avons eu vraiment chaud la nuit. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotte même si elle reste très propre et agréable. La douche pourrait être revue.. Le pommeau de douche (douche dans la baignoire) fuyait un peu de partout et pas très agréable. Pas vraiment du standing de l'hotel. Le service du soir au restaurant à commencer avec une attente interminable mais heureusement la chef de salle s'en est rendue compte et a su nous faire rattraper cela, ce qui fut très apprécié. Je la remercie.
