Balcony in the room was nice
I made the resevation for 3 days (20-23 Oct). I got the reservation confirmation from booking as well. After several days i received a message from the hotel saying that they made a mistake and they can provide a room for me only for 20 Oct. For other 2 days (21-23 Oct) they said they could not provide a room for me and nothing to do. I dont know what happened at the hotel but that was suddenly shared with me. Because it was late i could not find a room nearby and stayed 20mins further away than my workplace.

I was fine but in the deluxe room my partner couldn’t get in or out of the bath as he’s too tall for the sloping roof and there’s no separate shower

Great spot , great people , look up for festival dates
Clean, great location, great food
Didn’t know there was festival during first few days, didn’t sleep for first 2 days as music was right next to hotel, when festival finished, everything was excellent

The gorgeous restaurant, breakfast was 15/10, the room no. 10 had a beautiful terrace, the place is quiet, had sexy bathroom with glass doors. Overall we were very happy with our stay 😊

Moldy rooms in the center
The hotel was located in the center. I was a bit afraid of the noise mentioned in other reviews, but we slept soundly. There were also blackout curtains. The breakfast was very limited, but tasty.
Black mold overgrowth in the bathroom. The smell from the mold was extremely strong, it made me cough and made my head spin. We were told that a technician would come to take a look (I'm not even sure if he would have been able to improve the situation) but no one came. The mold is not only in the shower, its also on the ceiling of the bathroom. Our bed was broken too. One leg of the bed was replaced with a wheel from a chair, so the height was uneven. The other bed had one leg broken and was also uneven. There is no fridge in the room, even though we had a deluxe room. There were only ~4 tissues in the box.

very centrally located in Lommel. huge parking lot for free directly at the hotel If needed and weather permitting, there is a pool and a whirlpool.
The room is a little worn and the bathtub is missing the top drain. The breakfast is ok, it would be better if you had a choice of what you would like to have for breakfast and a little fruit and vegetables would have been nice. The hotel is located right next to Lommel's pub and bar scene, and the windows and walls are poorly insulated. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud from Friday to Saturday until around 3 a.m., as the pub across the street was having karaoke night.

The bathroom was not working, and the shower tray was blocked. I don't think it's a good idea to have a glass toilet door.
The bad was very narrow. And the mattress wasn't good. Please get better mattresses, and unplug the shower tray. Change the door from glass to a wooden door. Thank you.
