Delicious breakfast and a beautiful place to stay. The host is very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and look very nice. They have a cozy back yard to sit and drink beer and there is local craft beer available in the fridge for a reasonable price. It is a bit far from the town centre, but if you are able to rent a bike from somewhere in town then they have a big shed to keep it in. We have been there twice and it is really the perfect place to stay.

Lovely welcoming family. Beautiful, spacious, peaceful home & gardens in quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast delivered to room on trolley at designated time. Good amount of parking & information pack received before stay with lots of local tourist info & cycle routes etc. Bart offered to let us leave our car there on checkout day to enable us to carry on exploring local area. Coffee machine in room, but also refreshments available in communal area with easy access to lovely relaxing gardens.

Fantastic stay in a great location!

After a warm welcome by the owner Bart and his son, we set off for a walk in the area: The various walking tracks to the viewing tower are only a short stroll away from the B&B. The accommodation was very clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with freshly baked bread and pastries, served in the room: 10/10!

Sparkling clean! Huge and delicious breakfast with quality products. The warm welcome! Al the information of the area for walking and for delicious food ordered for consumption in the room due to Corona. Excellent variety of drinks at very good prices. We'll be back!! Keurig schoon, perfect gelegen, rustig en een TOP ontbijt. Parkeergelegenheid wat prima in orde. Communicatie met de eigenaar was zeer prettig, we werden geinformeerd over het inchecken via de Whatsapp. Wat een luxe!

Geluid van de afzuiging in de badkamer mag ietsje minder, verder niet storend als je de deur dicht houdt. Verder GEEN enkele aanbeveling of tegenvallers.

Heerlijke wandeluitvalsbasis voor de Lommelse sahara.

Uitgebreid lekker ontbijt, comfortabele kamer die verzorgd is ingericht, heerlijke douche, zachte handdoeken, toiletartikelen van rituals, drank, koffie, thee beschikbaar, grote parking. Hele vriendelijke eigenaars die goede tips geven. Perfect op de wandelroute.

Als ik dan toch één klein dingetje kan opnoemen. De koffiemachine staat op de gang en als je buurman dan erg vroeg opstaat voor een koffie, ben je als lichte slaper wel wakker. Maar dit is echt het enige dat niet perfect was.

Geweldig!

De gastheer reageerde steeds heel snel op onze vragen en verzoeken vooraf, en was uitermate flexibel, bijvoorbeeld in een wat eerdere inchecktijd. De kamer was brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was zelfs een automaat in de hal met gratis koffie en thee. En het ontbijt overtrof al onze verwachtingen met een enorme keus aan brood, beleg, fruit, muesli etc. We vinden deze plek een echte aanrader en komen graag nog eens terug.

We kunnen niets bedenken wat tegenviel. Zoals hierboven al gezegd: alles was prima in orde. Veel dank aan onze gastheer en alle medewerkers van 't Wilgenhuys.

Das Check-In war sehr einfach und meinem Wunsch früher einzuchecken wurde ohne Probleme nachgekommen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer in top Qualität und Zustand. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich reichhaltig. Der Fahrrad-Raum ist sehr geräumig und äusserst praktisch um das Velo auch bei Regen im Trockenen zu bepacken. Kaffee und Tee à discretion. Ein wunderbarer Garten Sitzplatz, ruhig und gemütlich unter Bäumen, die bei Bedarf auch Schatten spenden.

Sehr, sehr netter Empfang vom Vermieter und seinem Sohn. Uns wurde alles erklärt und es gab als Begrüßung eine nette Kleinigkeit. Alles ist mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet. Für die Gäste ist sogar ein eigenes Stück vom Garten bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück war der Knaller. So vielfältig und ausgewogen haben wir es noch nie erlebt. Wenn wir könnten würden wir noch mehr Punkte vergeben. Chapou an den Vermieter und seine Familie. Großes , großes Lob

Fantastische plaats om te verblijven!

Het was de tweede keer dat ik in de b & b verbleef en net zoals de eerste keer was het een meer dan geslaagd verblijf, er is niet één puntje die ik kan opnoemen die voor verbetering vatbaar is. Perfectie bestaat niet maar in deze b & b word de perfectie bijna bereikt! De kamers zijn ruim, het ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid, er was een heel goede communicatie en de locatie is perfect om te fietsen of te wandelen.

Er is niet één punt die ik kan opnoemen die voor verbetering vatbaar is. Als ik al moet muggenziften is het misschien de verluchtings ventilator in de badkamer die vrij luid is; luid in de zin als je in de badkamer bent en iemand praat tegen je in de kamer dat je het niet echt verstaat. Maar dit is muggenziften, ik zou zelfs niks ingevuld hebben moest ik er er niet aan onderuit gekund hebben hier. :-)
