"Super host - would give a 12 out of 10 if we could to make up for all the people who just give an 8 because they never give a 10."

Great location, spacious room, nice shower, great bed, very good breakfast. Communication with host was really pleasant.
I am really nitpicking here, but the table could be a little bigger (I was hitting my knees against the bottom part while at breakfast).
