Great stay in Lommel

Arrived as arranged early Nobody there there was a phone and picked it up and lady answered not at all helpful said that nobody will be there until 4.30 so i said i will wait went sat in the truck for an hour and thought i give up tried Booking.com no help there So called the hotel spoke to another lady and she said if i give you a code and it will open box 6 then you can get your ket card Grrr So went to bed to sleep as had not slept for over 24hrs 2hrs later phone rang in the room the concierge called saying because there is a missing toilet seat we are giving you a free upgrade Very angry I said i am asleep and put the phone down So not happy with my experience

Very friendly and helpful staff in a good business trip hotel

The Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in/out was really straightforward. Good option for parking with alternatives provided where needed.

Room wasn't the biggest, but guess that comes with a business stay for a short period.

Basic maar alles was aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Voldoende keuze en zeer verzorgd.

hygiene, veel lawaai op gang, geen goeie isolatie, geen tv aansluiting (stopcontact zat aan plafond), zeer klein bedje 2de dag dat ik ben gekomen had ik wel een betere kamer badkamer niet grondig gekuisd

Teleurstelling en veel te veel geld

Prima locatie

Parkeren was betaald. Dit stond niet bij het boeken. Lift was kapot. Moest mèt koffer èn hond via heel smalle trap naar 3e etage. Hotel wordt gerenoveerd. Kamer is oudbollig. Zeker veel te duur voor wat ik kreeg. Hond mocht wel, daarvoor extra betaald. Maar deden krampachtig over dat de hond er was. Kom hier niet meer.

Ascensore rotto, può capitare, non è colpa dell'hotel. Parcheggio impegnato da mercato fino oltre le 18.

Centraal gelegen hotel waar de kamers aan renovatie toe zijn.

Goed gelegen in het centrum. Lekker verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt op de tweede dag om 8u30 's morgens al geen bruin brood meer dat niet meer werd aangevuld. De kamers zijn echt wel aan renovatie toe. Het regent binnen aan het raam op het houtwerk dat er flinke sporen van draagt. De plint aan de badkamerzijde is ook al gelost door vocht. Het deurkader in de badkamer zelfs is onderaan al een heel stuk weggerot door het vocht. Als je doucht loopt het water in de badkamer. Het beschermingsglas is niet meer goed afsluitend. De meerwaarde van een microgolf en een klein wasbakje in de kamer is me niet duidelijk.

Goede locatie in centrum Lommel. Heerlijke bedden. Ontbijt was prima. Service was goed.

Relatief duur. Het is een eenvoudig, maar prima hotel. Voor deze prijs verwacht ik wel iets meer. De kamer is niet heel ruim. Het was erg heet op de kamer, maar de airco maakte erg veel lawaai. We zaten op de zesde verdieping waar de wc niet goed doorspoelde (te weinig druk), waardoor we de spoelknop minuten lang in moesten drukken.
