Arrived as arranged early Nobody there there was a phone and picked it up and lady answered not at all helpful said that nobody will be there until 4.30 so i said i will wait went sat in the truck for an hour and thought i give up tried Booking.com no help there So called the hotel spoke to another lady and she said if i give you a code and it will open box 6 then you can get your ket card Grrr So went to bed to sleep as had not slept for over 24hrs 2hrs later phone rang in the room the concierge called saying because there is a missing toilet seat we are giving you a free upgrade Very angry I said i am asleep and put the phone down So not happy with my experience

The Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in/out was really straightforward. Good option for parking with alternatives provided where needed.

Room wasn't the biggest, but guess that comes with a business stay for a short period.

Posizione ottima, unica pecca se si soggiorna di mercoledì fino a dopo le 18 non c'è parcheggio. Colazione di buon livello. Camera piccola, ma confortevole.

Ascensore rotto, può capitare, non è colpa dell'hotel. Parcheggio impegnato da mercato fino oltre le 18.

Centraal gelegen hotel waar de kamers aan renovatie toe zijn.

Goed gelegen in het centrum. Lekker verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt op de tweede dag om 8u30 's morgens al geen bruin brood meer dat niet meer werd aangevuld. De kamers zijn echt wel aan renovatie toe. Het regent binnen aan het raam op het houtwerk dat er flinke sporen van draagt. De plint aan de badkamerzijde is ook al gelost door vocht. Het deurkader in de badkamer zelfs is onderaan al een heel stuk weggerot door het vocht. Als je doucht loopt het water in de badkamer. Het beschermingsglas is niet meer goed afsluitend. De meerwaarde van een microgolf en een klein wasbakje in de kamer is me niet duidelijk.

Goede locatie in centrum Lommel. Heerlijke bedden. Ontbijt was prima. Service was goed.

Relatief duur. Het is een eenvoudig, maar prima hotel. Voor deze prijs verwacht ik wel iets meer. De kamer is niet heel ruim. Het was erg heet op de kamer, maar de airco maakte erg veel lawaai. We zaten op de zesde verdieping waar de wc niet goed doorspoelde (te weinig druk), waardoor we de spoelknop minuten lang in moesten drukken.

Schönes modernes Haus mit hellen Zimmern und gutem Frühstücksbüfett.

Obwohl die Unterkunft im Centrum von Lommel liegt, ist es eine ruhige Gegend.

Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs, leider mussten diese außerhalb vom Hotel stehen. Allerdings war der nahe liegende Fahrradständer überdacht und direkt neben dem Polizeipräsidium. Das Hotelpersonal versicherte uns, die Fahrräder seien dort absolut sicher, die Polizei hätte 24 Stunden ein Auge auf den Fahrradständer. Am Morgen waren die Räder unversehrt, aber ein Abstellplatz im Hotel wäre besser!

Lommel heeft me verrast...

De ligging was ideaal vermits we meededen aan de Boslandtrail, Zalig dat er een ligbad was en Lommel heeft ons aangenaam verrast. Ontbijt was in orde. En de sevice voor het vervroegde ontbijt op zaterdag was goed.

Vooral de vloerbedekking viel tegen ...maar als dat dan het enige is...Of toch mss mag het stof wat beter weggenomen worden en in de hoekjes(badkamer) beter poetsen .

Hôtel sympa en plein centre ville

La personne de l'accueil est vraiment sympa. Super petit déjeuner buffet très complet, vraiment rien à redire : présence de salé avec fromage, œufs, omelette, bacon, jambon + les sucrés basiques comme pains et viennoiserie etc. L'hôtel est moderne et les chambres très spacieuses. Un ascenseur est présent dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. depuis le vendredi soir 18h jusqu'au lundi matin, il est possible de se garer gratuitement sur la grande place devant l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique. Dans l'ensemble ça vaut bien 9.

L'ascenseur était en panne le jour où nous avons réservé et on a dû se trimballer les valises au 4ème par des escaliers étroits... Mais, point positif : ça nous a permis de faire plus de sport.
