Activities were children were great but the lack of amenities was a big surprise.
I like the fact that there was a wide variety of activities for my daughter; however, I couldn't book the activities online. I had to use the kiosk or had to send messages to staff via Whatsapp.
There was no AC in the room. There were days with temperatures reaching 35 degrees in C, and it was unbearable. Also, I wish there were a warning about the lack of amenities. I was surprised to see having not even a hand soap in the room. 3 sets of towels and 1 roll of toilet paper were provided initially, but after that, everything had to be purchased. As a first-time visitor, a fair warning about what's not provided would have been helpful.

Prices within bars and restaurants were a bit on the high side and not ideal for a longer stay. Also when activities that could be busy aren't being made available every day for people.

Hiring towels is a bit expensive. Restaurants don't give free water, you have to pay. They don't give you soap in your room so you have to buy it.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Center Parcs in Lommel, and it was an unforgettable experience that left us eager to return. As first-time visitors to both Center Parcs and Belgium, we were delighted by the exceptional cleanliness, the vast park with numerous activities, and the spacious lodge with a beautiful view of a serene pond.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire park. The attention to detail in ensuring a pristine environment was evident, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay.
The park itself offered an array of activities for everyone to enjoy. We had a blast cycling, running, and participating in various water sports. The options seemed endless, and it was a delight to have such a diverse range of activities to choose from, catering to every family member's interests.
Our lodge exceeded our expectations in terms of both size and cleanliness. The spacious layout provided ample room for our family of four, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were particularly captivated by the view of the small pond at the back, which added a touch of tranquillity to our stay.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the central water park, which was nothing short of amazing. We spent an entire day thrilling ourselves on the slides and enjoying the wave-making machine. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and provided endless hours of fun and entertainment for the whole family.
Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient and modern system using bracelets. It made accessing various amenities and services hassle-free, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The parking facilities were also excellent, ensuring a convenient and stress-free arrival and departure process.
In conclusion, our first visit to Center Parcs in Belgium was an absolute delight.
The only drawback we encountered was the limited food options, with predominantly fast food restaurants serving fried dishes. While this was a minor inconvenience, we would have preferred more diverse and healthier dining choices. However, this did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had at Center Parcs.

Tried to change dates over a month before. Accommodation available but Center Parcs totally inflexible. Booking.com also inflexible. Both companies blaming each other for not being able to change booking. Feel like we'd been scammed. Not using either ever again.
