Great stay with small children
We really like this park. It's big and got everything. Petting zoo, forest, indoor swimming pool, perfect with small children l.
Nothing really, we would suggest to maybe establish a children corner at the hotel lobby. It is nicely decorated now for the Christmas period but it would be really useful a table with chairs and some toys for smaller children.

Enjoyed every minute
Loved the whole experience. One of highlights of my entire trip to europe. I will definitely be coming back. Have never stayed in a more warm and welcoming place.
A shuttle service to the nearby festivals would be a welcomed addition but that's all I can say really

Absolutely everything. Amazing surroundings, pool, room- nicely furnished and spotless. Very kind and polite stuff. The rare moment of- value for money is above and beyond expectations

comfortable for families with small kids
Market dome has option to eat out, it is great, comfortable, can be a bit pricey. Pool is great with small kids, they enjoyed it a lot. Lots of activities offered by the park. We stayed in the hotel with breakfast option, it was comfortable for us. Room service stuff is very nice, gate keeper guys are less nice.
One night it was raining very-very hard and we wanted to drop the kids (two, 2 years old) in front of the hotel by car. There is a policy that you cannot go-drive in the park only for check-in and out. The guy did not let us in. It was really frustrating that he did not trust us that we will bring back the car. We all were crying and screaming in the rain,while walking back to the hotel, it was 9PM.

One of the most beautifoul, clean, green locations i have ever seen, lots do do for kids and activities
The prices are out of this world, golf car rent 120 euros per day, child steps or mountainbike so expensive you can better buy one at Decathlon, food in the places are also crazy, 45 euro for buffet, 30 euro for an hamburger...it seemed almost unreal because the food looked like fast food and not even quality...a small jupiler 30cc 4.75 euro, a leffe 6.50. There is a lot to do but you pay, and pay a lot for everything.

So much fun!!
Anything you would ever want to do on a holiday, you could do here! We could explore for days and still find something new every place we went. Restaurants were great and staff was friendly. Felt very safe to let the kids go off and do their own activities.
