Place was nice and clean. Check-in was slow at the time because of lots of people checking in. (perhabs they should have asked for backup because of the large group)

Might be nice to come here for a family vacation but this stay was horrible. Nearly no infos at Checkin where everything was or how to deal with breakfast or where to have it. Hotel needs a refurbishment urgently. It was clean but looked dirty and worn down from the years it has. Thin walls. Parking outside, drive in only possible at checkin/checkout so when carrying heavy daily business luggage, take the walk... No breakfast option before 8am, now till 10am nothing was available (so no breakfast..). Took the vcard, but wrong invoice adress, not possible to change from the park. Called 5 different numbers, >1h waiting in their lines. Really inefficient and not the service you would expect. The park itself with the lakes and animals and bicycles is nice however, could be worth a visit with the kids when you don't worry about time or hickups. On a business trip I won't come back here.
