Great place to stay

The hotel is surrounded by trees and in a very quite environment. Very personal welcome and service since only a few rooms. The breakfast was excellent - everything was available (eggs, fruit, yoghurt, all sorts of bread, ....) The dinner was more than excellent - a very good chef kok !!!

Exceptional

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel simply stunning building , rooms and location with a fabulous veiw from our enormous room and bathroom out to the front of the hotel overlooking the carp pond with it's beautiful surrounding trees . The owners and staff are first class super friendly people and I would highly recommend and would definitely return with no hesitation.

An amiable owner and husband. Good location if you need to be in the area. Lovely garden and surroundings.

The building is outdated; the rooms reflect that in both style plus very noisy (no isolation whatsoever) - in our case from the hallway, breakfast room across the room, etc., the shower doesn't get hot. The bed is not the most comfortable, as well as the pillows. Breakfast limited. Nobody to be seen in the bar area.

Charming boutique hotel with excellent fine dining restaurant

Excellent fine dining restaurant, charming location and a beautiful boutique-hotel, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Located close to the woods where you can bike in the trees

The excellence of the fine dining restaurant is lacking a bit on the hotel level. An eye for detail in the boutique-hotel could give a more upgrade look to the boutique hotel that would match better the level of the restaurant:: a few dirty spots on the carpetfloor in the room, some dark spots on the tiles around the bathtub, the showerhead needs chalkremover, the bathtub fills very slowly and the water is not much hot, which results in a half cold bathtub, and last but not least: spiderwebs near the bed with a few small spiders (which happends in this season but mosquito nets on the windows would really help).

Prachtige locatie. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren. Kamer was ruim, netjes en mooi ingericht. Fijne bedden, goede badkamer. Ontbijt was lekker, voldoende keuze.

Les chambres se trouvent à l’étage d’un restaurant gastronomique excellent. Il semblerait toutefois que la gestion du restaurant et de l’hôtel soit différente.

Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas bon. Le pain était mou et sec. Les œufs à la coque étaient froids et cuits durs. Aucuns produits locaux, juste du surgelé mal réchauffé.

Goed ontbijt, veel keuze. Vers geperst sinaasappelsap

niet geschikt voor mindervaliden. Geen beugel in de douche en wc. Kamers op de bovenverdieping alleen met trap bereikbaar.

Prachtige authentieke locatie in het midden van een oase van rust! Heeeel mooi! Grote ruime “koninklijke “ kamers met balzalen als badkamer. Heel proper en super super vriendelijke mensen!!!

Geen kritiek maar goed om te weten: geen lift! ( maar dat zou eerlijk ook misstaan in dit mooie gebouw )
